As the case with most places in the Outer Banks, there are no elevators. Once in the condo, access to the covered deck and beach walkway is directly from the living room sliding door.

This condo is located in walking distance of quaint shops, delicious restaurants, convenient drug stores and quality grocery stores.

Please note this home includes one set of bed linens per bed and one towel and washcloth per person registered at the home. Beds are made prior to your arrival!

Community pool dates for 2025 are May 18th-October 6th, weather permitting. Pool hours are generally 9AM to Dusk. There is no life guard on duty and the door requires a code for entry.

The property is available for weekly rentals June through September. Check-in and Check-out days are Sundays. January thru May and October thru December have a three night minimum rental requirement.
