SituĂ© au MP 8 ïżœïżœ Kill Devil Hills, ce chef-d'Ɠuvre de 7 chambres Ă  coucher au bord de l'ocĂ©an vous Ă©tonnera! Pouvant accueillir jusqu'ïżœïżœ 22 personnes, cette maison pourra accueillir des vacances et des escapades de toutes tailles! Avec la plage juste de l'autre cĂŽtĂ© de la rue, vous pouvez admirer la vue depuis l'un des nombreux ponts toute la journĂ©e.

Avec des possibilitĂ©s illimitĂ©es de divertissement et de convivialitĂ© Ă  l'extïżœïżœrieur, l'extĂ©rieur du rez-de-chaussĂ©e comprend une piscine privĂ©e de 14 x 24 pieds, un bain Ă  remous pour 8 personnes, une douche extĂ©rieure avec une demi-baignoire et une aire de jeux couverte. Une fois que vous entrez dans cette maison exquise, vous serez accueillis par un bar avec une machine Ă  glaçons commerciale. Montez les escaliers ou prenez l'ascenseur jusqu'au premier Ă©tage et dĂ©couvrez la buanderie et un petit coin salon! À ce niveau, vous trouverez nos chambres principales king et une chambre principale avec deux lits superposĂ©s, ainsi que deux grandes terrasses couvertes qui sont parfaites pour observer les couchers de soleil attrayants des Banques extĂ©rieures!

Le deuxiÚme niveau offre amplement d'espace pour cuisiner, se réunir et converser! Ce niveau comprend un magnifique salon avec une variété de siÚges, une télévision à écran plat et un accÚs à la terrasse couverte. La cuisine offre beaucoup de comptoirs au chef de famille et un grand ßlot pouvant accueillir 5 personnes. La salle à manger offre une belle table à manger pour 12 personnes. Le pont arriÚre offre une vue imprenable sur l'océan et les repas en plein air avec une table pour 6 personnes. Ce niveau est enfin complété par une chambre principale double et une chambre principale.

Enfin et surtout... Le Loft! Le loft fera ressortir l'enfant dans tout le monde avec une salle de cinéma, des jeux d'arcade et une table de billard. Voulez-vous apporter la romance? Regardez le coucher du soleil avec un verre de vin du balcon du loft pouvant accueillir 2 personnes.

It was great! Would highly recommend! Only issue we had was with the keurig coffee pot not working correctly, but it wasn’t a big deal. Would absolutely stay again!!

This is a great property. My family loved it. The elevator was awesome for disabled guests, bringing up groceries and heavy bags. Quick walk to the beach. We brought a wagon to carry all of our things to the beach. Next time we will bring a wagon with wheels to better move in sand. The communication with the owner/property manager is easy via text. Our trip got cut short due to a mandatory evacuation notice. Travel insurance is highly recommended if traveling around hurricane season. Overall, I would love to stay here again and my family is excited to plan the next visit!

We had a great stay at Doctor’s Orders in Kill Devil Hills!!! Check in/out was a breeze and exactly as noted in the description. The Kees management company was quick to respond to our questions. There were a couple issues that could not be fixed while we were there (connecting to outdoor speakers and golden tee arcade did not work) but anything else we brought up they were quick to address (changing a dirty shower curtain and filling soap/shampoo dispensers that were empty on arrival). The location and amenities were exactly what we needed for a fun filled family vacation with 8 adults and 8 kids from 6-13

Just what we needed!

This property accommodated our family of 22. We held a family reunion and this was the perfect place. We had all ages with us from 3-75. The beach is a 5 min walk. We will stay here again!

Great family vacation

The house was the perfect size for 12 of us. They even had a high chair and baby gates which was nice. The location was perfect, we were real close to the public walkway to the beach and you could walk to the Wright Brothers museum! I would stay there again.

Excellent Communication; Beautiful House; Great Location. Our group had a fanastic time!

First, and almost the most important, the owner was so responsive to our needs. Every time we sent them a message, they responded quickly and were able to accommodate our needs! The house was stunning, especially the bedrooms and bathrooms. Everyone in the group was comfortable, slept well (and was therefore happy). The kitchen counter was soo great for cooking because it is huge! Loved having two full kitchen fridges, dishwashers, etc. The dining room table sat our group more than comfortably. The 3rd floor living room is great, and the 4th floor living room might just be the best part of the house -- such an awesome space, our group loved watching movies together and playing games up there. Great view of the ocean too! The beach was across the street, so easy to access. Plenty of parking. Elevator made unloading our groceries a breeze. Hot tub and pool were great, played lots of ping pong and shuffleboard. Can't think of anything that wasn't positive. Would definitely rent this house again, highly recommend for a fun group that likes to swim, cook, hang, and beach. Thank you to the owners for being such great hosts!

The bedrooms were nice. king beds and individual bathrooms. The ice machine was great. Two fridges and two dishwashers were nice. Great location to the beach but road is very busy. Laundry was fantastic. There were some small items that were broken including handles on both freezers, door handle on bedroom door, broken chair by the pool, piece of fence broken, noticed a bedpost previously broken and someone tried fixing it by just wedging in a piece of wood. The TV on the top floor doesn't work. It runs off wifi but wifi signal not strong enough to reach the tv. The bathroom by the pool hadn't been cleaned in a long time, very dirty. Overall, the house was great, location excellent, bedrooms nice, lots of porch areas. A fix of the small issues would make a difference. Enjoyed the stay.

2024 Family Vacation

We all had a great time and enjoyed our stay. First time we took a family vacation together. The house was big enough for all of us - we had19 people - and we did not feel crowded at all. Very nicely decorated and such a huge kitchen. Room for all. The beach was within walking distance and was great! There were a few things I don't think I should have had deal with for the amount of money I paid. When we arrived, there was trash all over the carport and in the trash can, stuff on carport attracting flies, empty propane tanks, dirty grill, low water in pool as well as not being cleaned until Sunday. I called and they came for trash and brought propane. We added water to the pool as well as cleaning the grill so we could use it. Cleaned up stuff on carport that was spilled to get rid of flies. Overall, we had an enjoyable vacation. The house was great! My suggestion would be to inspect the outside amenities as well as the house before new people occupy the rental. Even though we had these problems I think they could have maybe given me a little bit of a refund or something. I would do this again since we had such a good time.

Just what the Doctor Ordered!

Best location in KDH! Beautiful house, great service. The layout was perfect for our large family. Kids lived in hot tub, pool and game room. Kitchen was fantastic size with plenty of dining space. Everything was well stocked. Thank you Kees, see you next time!

Very clean and good location

Overall, the stay was good. We had a few issues but the property mgmt team was very quick to resolve. Great location, a 2 min walk to beach and partial view of the ocean. Very close to grocery stores and other retailers.

Doctor’s Orders 2023

Great house, as advertised. The older reviews are on point. The location is great. Super close to the beach access, close to everything including Publix (huge win). There’s some wear and tear but nothing crazy. Lots of ants, but to be expected. We sprayed and Kees was great about sending someone out to spray multiple times. It was super easy to communicate and interact with Kees, incredibly pleasant employees!! Would definitely go back!!!

Perfect place for large group

This property was perfect for our large group. All 7 bedrooms have attached bathrooms and offered very comfortable beds. The open layout was perfect for people to congregate in different areas and was very spacious. We would recommend posting directions for using the TV and shuffleboard game. Cable TV was hard to figure out. Downside was kitchen garbage was full when we arrived and food on kitchen cabinets which we wiped down. Renters should take garbage out to cans outside upon leaving. We did load the dishwasher and added detergent before we left but I am not sure I pushed the "ON" button...no one is perfect! Loved the location and the backyard with heated pool and hot tub which a few of us used. We had a few issues: like running toilet, which was fixed shortly after I notified Kees, by a competent and respectful man. Another minor issue was promptly responded to and did not require an immediate fix. REALLY appreciated all the help from Kees employees during and prior to our visit. Overall, an excellent stay and we would definitely return!

IDEAL For Our Extended Family

We had 18 adults from our extended family who were there for a memorial service for the spouse of one of my siblings. It was a very comfortable environment spacious enough for everyone to gather together in the main room. We would definitely consider renting this house again!

Great Property.

This was an excellent property for use during Thanksgiving week for 16 people, including 5 children. Excellent location. Only complaint is that the configuration of the TVs was archaic. There were 7 remotes in the game room and no clear indication what they were for. Not withstanding that, we would rent th property again.

Perfect spot

We had a great time a a big family group staying at this house. There’s lots of rooms to spread out in. The beach is just across the street and an easy walk to the beach access. The kitchen has two refrigerators and dishwashers which helps with a big group. Our favorite feature was the ice machine!

We arrived early and saw the cleaning crew leaving the property. Despite seeing them leave - the bathrooms could have been cleaned a tad bit better. The freezer handles on both refrigerators came off. In addition, I called the office twice, to report broken items, leaving voicemail messages and neither phone called was returned. In addition, its time for the owner to replace the furniture on the third level. Please dont get me wrong, the house is nice and a good location. We felt that for what we paid - the house could have been cleaned better, stocked better and the utensils also need to be replaced.

Great location and awesome house

House and location were ideal! Really easy to get in and out of, short walk to the beach, nice pool and backyard. Easy access to restaurants and only a 5 minute drive to a grocery store. I would recommend bringing some paper towels and Lysol spray to clean a bit yourself, but the house wasn’t gross or anything. Limited cleaning supplies and we were glad we brought paper plates, plastic utensils and solo cups. Rental company is fair and was responsive with our concerns. Would for sure stay here again!

Perfect for our group

Doctors Orders was a perfect beach house for our group. Every Christmas season we have a girls getaway/Christmas party for a long weekend. The kitchen/living room was the perfect setup and the bedrooms were just right with each having their own bathroom. We will be looking into booking this beach house next year.
