Wailea Elua 905 is a vacation rental situated in the picturesque beach locale of Maui. This spacious three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo offers a perfect blend of comfort and luxury, making it an ideal retreat for families or friends traveling together. This condo is positioned along the northern edge of the community and overlooks a picturesque greenway that leads to the Wailea Beach Walk and Ulua Beach. You\'re an easy walking distance to the paddle tennis court, beachfront pool / pavilion and center swimming pool.
The condo features a modern design with abundant natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The open-concept living area seamlessly connects to a well-equipped kitchen, allowing for easy meal preparation and socializing. Guests can relax in the comfortable seating area or step out onto the private lanai to take in the stunning views of the lush tropical landscape.
The primary bedroom is located on one side of the floorplan while the other two bedrooms are on the other. This allows for added privacy for sleeping arrangements. Quality Residence in Great Location

The condo was clean, modern with a well equipped kitchen and high end appliances. The Master Suite was spacious and comfortable and the location was terrific. Just yards from a lovely sandy beach and the community pool. Perfect location to relax and enjoy Wailea.

Fantastic Stay

Great property in premiere Wailea location. Steps from the beachfront with great views. Stayed with six adults and one infant comfortably. Beautiful kitchen, living room, and master suite. Nice community pool and grill set up directly in front of beach. Easy parking and access. Good communication from property management company. Gets blasted by sunlight during peak hours but automated blackout shades make a big difference. A couple easy fixes would help take it to the next level - the unit is missing some kitchen basics (complete sets of wine glasses and baking sheet, etc.). Patio door is also in need of some work as it sticks and takes a lot of effort to open and close.

Great unit

We have stayed in this unit previously, and love it. It is hard to find a three bedroom unit in the Elua Village, and this one is excellent. We prefer this location to a beachfront unit. We like the layout, and the building is quiet. We had a few maintenance issues this time, which were taken care of quickly and effectively.

Great property for multi-generation vacation!

This unit is as lovely as pictured and both the unit and the grounds are beautifully maintained. The unit was a perfect location with kids--a quick, easy walk to the pool and the beach. The unit included several beach chairs and some basic beach toys, and the beach has quite a bit of shade (early beach time helps snag a spot). Lots of great restaurants and shops nearby and a lovely public path to stroll along past nearby resorts. The property management team was extremely responsive to our questions and requests and very friendly and gracious. Parking right in front of the building was always available. The kitchen has all the basic equipment needed to prepare meals. We hope to return again soon!

stunning property - great unit and amazing location

This property is absolutely beautiful. The grounds are pristine and the location is perfect for beach access, walk to dinners and shopping. the unit is spacious, updated, quiet, clean and well appointed. There is plenty of easy parking and the on site staff are all lovely. We used the community bbq area several nights which was super fun and convenient. We will for sure be staying here again. Absolute perfection.

Another wonderful stay

We stayed at this same property last year and liked it so much we went there again! The unit is clean and comfortable. It's steps away from the pool and beach which made it easy for us to go back and forth to the unit. We were especially impressed by the property management company as they were willing to send us a few chargers we left in the unit with a prepaid label. Most property managers would not be as accommodating. The location is perfect to the Andaz Luau as it's right next door. We'd recommend for a future stay.

Thanksgiving week in Maui!

Love the property and the Elua Village location. We have been staying there on and off for over 20 years and have never been disappointed! Great weather, location and amenities nearby. We took advantage of snorkeling in the bay, the pool, nearby golf and restaurants and shopping. Its our favorite place on this earth!

Overall, this unit was a great location and very comfortable. Reasonably well appointed and clean. The bathroom fan didn’t work for us, but the property managers were very responsive. All other amenities worked great. Would definitely consider staying here again.

A Beautiful Condo Close to The Beach

We were extremely pleased with the property, the location and the services. It was amazing to be so close to the beach and have a pool just a few hundred feet away for extra swim time. The kids enjoyed playing in the grassy area and we had no worries letting them out knowing the property is gated and no cars in the garden area. There's a walking path that connects to other properties and the Shops where you can eat, get groceries and shop. The condo was really nice and well stocked. The property management was incredibly helpful and stocked us well with towels. We would highly recommend this property and will stay here again.

This is a lovely property located in beautiful Elua Village in Wailea. We were celebrating two engagements and an upcoming 40th wedding anniversary. It was a great place for us to come together!

Incredible condo with amazing views!

My husband and I come to Maui every year and stay in wailea. This was in a perfect location with our favorite beach right in front of the property. The views were incredible from the house and balcony. The house was completely redone tasteful and the cleaning staff came everyday with fresh towels and such. We also had beach chairs, cooler, umbrellas, sand toys etc. we grilled out every night with a grill being at the condo. I will for sure be staying here again!
