This is the first time I have left a negative review, which is sad because this is a great property/location that is poorly managed. My review summarizes two emails I sent management that were ignored. Such a frustrating experience for very expensive rental.Primary issue: ants in primary bathroom. After not getting a response to my first email, I called management who sounded surprised despite there being ant bait on the counter. She sent someone out, who sprayed the bathroom (just a few feet from where our infant's travel bed was). The bug spray smelled so bad we had to sleep in the kid's room the next 2 nights. There were only 5 bath towels, which seems unreasonable for a 2 bedroom condo, and the one my husband used on the first day has greenish black stains on it. All towels smell musty, and washing machine has mildew/mold. We only found 3 beach towels rolled up by the front door, and the first one I pulled out to use was wet (and musty). When we tried to use the dishwasher for the first time, we found it completely full of wet dishes. They smelled musty, so we had to re-wash, dry, and put away someone elseâs dishes. The "wecome" email says in all caps WE ARE NOT A HOTEL. It's one thing to only offer "starter supplies" but we didn't have even a full roll of paper towels or a single kitchen sized trash bag when we arrived. I would stay here again if it were under new management because the views and location were ideal.
