Excellent condo unit in a great location. Great lanai for morning coffee and nighttime relaxing. Close and easy access to Keawakapu beach (the best!). Easy to walk/drive to Wailea shops and restaurants. Would recommend.

The location at the top end of the hill provides a great view from the large patio, living room and both bedrooms. Recently updated kitchen and bathrooms with a bright interior. The condo is well-equipped and walking distance from the beach and shops at Wailea (within a mile).

Beautiful Property

My BFF travel to Maui yearly and this has definitely been the best location for our needs. The main suite is set up lovely and comfortably, however the other bedroom needs some TLC to accommodate two adults or two couples. There was no luggage rack but a huge table I had to pull out of the closet and set up. In addition there was no dresser to unpack and get comfortable. I think one last concern was the strong scent of detergent on sheets and towels was overwhelming. The shower drain in the 2nd bathroom was clogged causing the shower to hold water. This was handled quickly by the PM but still pretty yucky.

Lovely unit, property, and location!

Just like the photos! The balcony was lovely for morning coffee and watching the sunset. We even saw some whales splashing in the ocean. Beautiful sunsets at the unit or the pool with the surround trees and landscape. Close to restaurants and great beaches. Honestly, just a great location. Glad we chose to stay on this side of the island. We would stay on this property again, just in a different unit with firmer beds.

Luxurious rental!

Check-in, communication, views, and quality of the unit was impeccable. Management was very responsive to our questions, and sent someone right away to fix a humming a/c. The view was likely the best in the community. Parking was right in front of the unit, location was convenient to everything in the area. The layout and design of the unit was thoughtful and the art in the unit was unique and lovely. Only thing I’d suggest is to have coffee available for the type of coffeemaker in the unit, and to communicate when the pool will be maintained (it might be very important to renters who will be counting on the use of the pool). We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would love to do so again when in the area!

Amazing experience at the Palms

6 out of 5 stars - Romvari rentals who handles management for this unit at the Palms was outstanding. We had some questions upon arrival around 11pm and they answered in less than a minute. Any questions or concerns were addressed promptly, which was an understatement. They made the experience amazing as the location is great, unit is quiet and well equipped and it has some of the most amazing views around. The grounds and unit is very well maintained. For a young family we couldn’t ask for a better location. There is a great pool area (no toddler shallow end so bring floaties). Other folks in the complex were also kind, the massive balcony is a huge plus. Would definitely stay here again when we come back. Thanks so much!

We truly enjoyed staying at your property! The view and the location was way beyond expectation. Communication between us and the people managing the property was quick and very helpful. I would definitely stay at this location again. The additional beach gear was awesome. We used it every day! We also liked how close it was to the pool! If there was something they could add to the property is a couch that had a hideaway bed.

Expected a little better from a high end property

I want to leave a balanced review. There were good and not so great things. The view and location is very good. For a high end property we had however expected a little bettter. The management company was very good and responsive to the issues we ran into. The unit has a nice updated interior. With all hard surfaces however you could hear every noise from the kitchen, patio or bath in every part of the unit. The guest bathroom fan was also extremely loud. Outside of the managements control there was also construction on the unit below every day including the weekend. We also had numerous maintenance issues. One with the AC not working and leaking water that took 3 days to resolve. The living room and dinning room floor was dirty on arrival but was likely due to the carpet having to be removed due to the AC water leak. The management company did respond quickly for the clean up. The door lock also was a problem. The code did not work and had to text the management team to get a new code every time we entered for the 1st 3 days then the lock code stopped working altogether. We had to use a key and the method for unlocking with a key was not typical and very quirky. The management company was gracious and provided a gift certificate for the inconvenience that was worth just above 1/3 of 1 nights stay.

Nice Stay

We had a really nice stay at this unit, views were so wonderful and perfect for watching the sunset on the balcony each night. Unit was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Property manager was easy to communicate with and was very helpful, we would definitely book here again.

Perfect spot in paradise

Clean and spacious with the most amazing view. The kitchen is well-stocked for cooks. Bathrooms, kitchen and furniture have been tastefully updated. Communication with the host was responsive and polite. The location is a a 15-20 minute walk away from beaches and restaurants. The condo complex is quiet and well maintained. Note: the unit is on the 2nd floor with about a dozen stairs. Would not hesitate to stay again!
