Attention: amoureux de la plage! Notre condo est dans le meilleur emplacement à Sunny South Kihei, en bordure de Wailea et en face de la plus belle plage de Maui ... Keawakapu Beach. Ce complexe sans prétention de Maui a une merveilleuse sensation hawaïenne avec un aménagement paysager luxuriant et de belles vues sur l'océan.

Vous vous sentirez comme chez vous avec notre mobilier confortable et décontracté qui comprend tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour des vacances agréables et relaxantes. La cuisine gorgeus a des comptoirs en granit avec un sol en pierre. Il y a une trÚs grande douche carrelée et en pierre dans la salle de bain. Nous avons également un demi-bain supplémentaire au large de la chambre principale avec vue sur l'océan! Ce condo est un endroit parfait pour les familles ... et pourtant il offre également un cadre romantique pour les couples souhaitant échapper à l'agitation des principales attractions touristiques, du trafic et des hÎtels, etc.

This condo is perfect for a quiet, convenient and relaxing stay in Kīhei. It’s so well stocked with the basics as well as the extras (everything for the beach). And the quiet patio gave us sunset views each night. We had an issue with a door lock and the owners responded immediately with a fix.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cheryl's condo!The property was exactly what we needed. It was, cosy, clean. and well-appointed. To say that they'd thought of evey detail would be an understatement! There was not a single thing that we needed that we didn't find during our stay. Right down to the fishing poles. What a wonderful surprise that we took full advantage of! The house information was very clear and concise and put together in a binder. Quick answers to most FAQ. She and or her son we're available should any issues arise. The Wi-Fi speed enabled me and my daughter to work remotely. No issues at all!Cheryl's condo is located at the end of the second floor which made for a quiet stay. In fact the entire property was peaceful and all of the residents were very nice. The unit has its own assigned parking stall. It has coin (digital payment access available) operated washers and dryers that actual dry your clothes without requiring a second mortgage. It's located in a very safe and walkable neighborhood and only steps away from the beach. Very close to grocery shopping, eateries, and some of the best beaches Maui has to offer.The condo has 2 aircon units and ample fans that adequately cool the house down. We often preferred to lock the screen doors and have the tradewinds blowing thru the unit in the early mornings and evenings. The lanai has unmatched evening sunsets. A good book and a glass of wine & it feels like your very own private paradise. 10/10!

Absolutely no complaints about this residence. It is stunningly well equipped and convenient. We appreciated the snorkeling and beach equipment in the unit which we used almost everyday. It is very close to our favorite beach- Makena! I highly recommend staying here!

The location was great. It was very easy to get anywhere from there. It was wonderful to come home and be able to open the patio doors and sit down with such a view. The neighbours were friendly as well. The condo had everything we needed and more. We would definitely stay there again.

A slice of paradise

My husband and I were really satisfied with this property due to its location and the quietness of the neighborhood. We slept roughly 10 hours every night and it has been a long time since we’ve ever been able to do that. The arrangement of furniture and the amount of kitchen utensils that were present made our stay that much more enjoyable because we didn’t have to worry about buying a wine opener, silverware or any pots and pans
everything was just readily available!

Beach you can walk to close by is wonderful and others a very short drive. Quieter part of Kihei. Property very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Can pay for washer and dryer with Apple Pay which was super convenient. Beach chairs and other beach stuff provided. Fridge also has filtered water so didn’t have to buy bottled water.

Great location

Great location, plenty of parking, effortless check-in. Issues were no hot shower water for 5 of our 7 days (had to prove it to the owner and advise how to fix it, apparently 80 degrees was ok LOL), couch is very broke down (there’s a board that was added to give stability), porch was dirty, no AC in second bedroom, good luck if the apartment above is occupied as you will hear every chair scrape and loud laugh, had to run the dishwasher after every meal due to not enough dishes, auto garbage can didn’t work so I had to touch it all the time. I can see why it’s a successful unit, but was not for us.

Great Location

This property is very well equipped with almost everything you need for a beach vacation. It was very clean and worked quite nicely for the two of us. The owner was very quick to respond to messages and very helpful. There are several excellent snorkeling beaches nearby. The only downside (for us) was that the lanai was noisy - both from the road close by and the AC unit. It took away from the serenity and beauty of the magnificent sunsets! Otherwise it was a great place to stay.

Probably the best location in Kihei

This stay is a short walk from Keawapaku Beach, so much so that I walked there multiple times daily due to its convenience. You are a 4-5 minute drive from anything you need really, and 25 minutes from the airport. This listing is most likely in the quietest stretch of Kihei Rd too, we were spoiled with it to be honest. I was really glad we found it. Plenty of amenities are included which made the stay easy And memorable for our first time in Hawaii.

 it had everything we thought we would need (and more). Cheryl was responsive, the directions to the condo were perfect and check-in was so easy. Quiet location and perfect for a family. We will absolutely be back!

Great Location was well cleaned and well stocked.

Been on a few vrbos and I have to say this is the most well stocked we have ever been on. Had all tolietries, cleaning supplies, even bug spray and suntan lotion and beach equipment. Very clean and well kept and nice spot in the complex. Pictures matched listing perfectly it is "2nd floor" but no one underneath and ground level back patio. Owner communicated right away with concerns. Only nitpick is washer and dryer located outside residence but did not bother us as so many unexpected other positives.

Tropical Garden End Unit

This condo was just what we needed - right across from the beach, close to town but still quiet. It was clean, spacious, and well equipped. Communication with the owners was speedy and helpful. I hope to spend another vacation here in the future!
