Choose from oceanfront views, ocean views, or garden views. The one and two-bedroom Sugar Beach Resort condos are all perfectly suited to your home-away-from-home Maui vacation. All Sugar Beach Resort Maui condos feature a private lanai, a fully-equipped kitchen, free WiFi, a washer/dryer, and all the resort amenities you’d expect from the best hotels.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Condo and complex is more dated than I thought

Overall it's quiet and comfortable, but we generally stay at a condo complex about four miles away that is far cheaper and much more updated. Overall they are comparable in noise levels (minimal) but this complex has too many units for our liking. And communication with the property manager was difficult as we arrived at 5:30 and the office was closed. Texted with a non human then gave up.

First Time in Maui

Loved this condo! Everything was clean and functional, view was amazing, thoughtful arrival gifts and location was perfect for exploring all parts of the island. Our favorite part was coffee on the lanai in the mornings and walks on the easily accessible beach in the evenings. We hope to come back and stay again some day!

Best Lanai in Maui!

The unit was terrific. Clean, very well appointed kitchen. Beach chair and umbrella were well used. A 10 min drive to Kihea’s famous beaches. Whale and porpoise watching at sunset from the lanai were the Best. Sandy beach, beautiful pool, and friendly people.

We needed to get away and this Maui condo has offered us exactly what we were looking for. The Sugar Beach Resort is right on the beach. So relaxing. Loved the walks on the clean, soft sand. It’s a winner and we will return.

Awesome views & great complex.

We had an awesome time staying here. We saw so many whales from the balcony of our room. Loved that the beach in this area was quiet & there were very few people. The few people we did see were very friendly. Great pool area & BBQs were thoroughly cleaned each morning. Will come back!

Awesome view!

This Sugar Beach resort property is very lovely. The views are incredible - sunsets were magnificent from this waterfront lanai. The kitchen is updated, it has every convenience and is very well stocked. The king sized bed is very comfortable. Great to have 2 beach chairs available. Many cleaning products were available in the storage closet. The bathroom shower could do with being updated although it is perfectly serviceable. The carpets in the living room needed a good cleaning or could be replaced as they were quite stained. Also the railings on the lanai were filthy particularly on the concrete partial wall. Overall we would stay here again.

Great Time

Had a fantastic stop with my wife here. Awesome ocean view, and felt like a steal vs. other properties on the island. Great location to get anywhere along the southwest side of the island/Mount Haleakala/Road to Hana/etc. Nice pool/beach access as well.

The best view of Maui!

The area and the beach were nice and secluded. The views are 10/10. Centrally located so everything is about 10-15 mins away. We loved our stay at this property and looking forward to our next Maui trip where we're definitely booking this same property again!
