Contact us if you experience more than normal pest activity — we’ll work with the HOA to help.

Hawaiʻi’s tropical environment supports a variety of small island wildlife, including geckos, ants, and occasional roosters. Despite regular professional pest control, these are part of normal island living. Any contact with such pests does not constitute a breach of agreement or qualify for refunds or adjustments.
