Stunning Beachfront Condo - 2BR Partial Oceanview

This is a wonderful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo that is just steps from the shore. Our property is an intimate first-floor oceanfront unit located in the sunny and vibrant beach town of Kihei. Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas and a cooler are provided in the unit for your convenience.

The condo complex, Kahuale Makai, Hawaiian for 'Village by the Sea', is located beside a lovely beach. The building consists of two six story buildings equipped with elevators along with a staffed front desk for any assistance. The complex amenities available to our guests include; a pool, a jacuzzi, a volleyball court, shuffleboard decks, and putting green. There are several community BBQ grills with picnic tables that create a lovely ambiance with evening tiki torches, well-maintained grounds with palm trees and banana trees, and amazing sunsets. This part of paradise is quieter than the big hotel resort complexes and is designed to offer visitors the opportunity to truly relax and take in the aloha experience.

The condo offers an equipped kitchen with dishware, blender, a coffeemaker, and all utensils including everything you need to BBQ. The dining area contains a table and barstools. In the living room area, there is a comfortable sofa with queen size pullout bed and a flat-screen TV. The unit comfortably sleeps four but can sleep up to six guests. The master bedroom contains a new King size bed and the second bedroom contains a new Queen size bed. There are two ensuite bathrooms in the unit as well. The condominium complex maintains a convenient laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers. Parking is free.

The county Waipuilani Park runs between the ocean and the condos, and is a beautiful, open, grassy area with many activities to enjoy. Public tennis courts, pickleball courts, and volleyball are open to enjoy as you look out to the ocean just beyond. The saline pool, wading pool, and jacuzzi are positioned in the middle garden area, along with the 5 barbecue grills, and putting green.

On the oceanfront lawn, you will find people enjoying games like bocce ball, cornhole, chipping golf balls, exercising, yoga, and sitting under the shade trees, absorbing the ambiance. Sunday morning specials often include watching a local hula halau practice.

At the beach, in front of Kauhale Makai, you often find kayakers, stand-up paddlers, fishing, and beach walkers enjoying the calm mornings and long stretches of the beach. In the afternoon, the kiteboarders and windsurfers take advantage of the wind and you can watch them zip in and out of the waves. Whale-watching from the beach is always a thrill. This property has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 745 square feet.

The property management company requires a $300 security deposit. This is just a hold placed on the card, required 2 days before your arrival and released after your stay once the unit is inspected. Please refer to our legal agreement for more details, which should be signed upon booking. Also please note that we do not allow any Check-ins/Check-outs on major holidays such as (Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day, Martin Luther King, Memorial Day, Easter, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving)

We are not equipped like a hotel and we do not provide a linen service during your stay although we do provide a few initial starter supplies such as dishwashing pods, laundry pods, toilet paper, (1) paper towel, (1) sponge, hand soap, dish soap, coffee, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Guests are responsible for any additional supplies during their stay.
