Aloha et bienvenue au Hale Anna, Maui. Le Hale Anna est une belle maison privée située dans une rue calme à des kilomÚtres de plage de sable. Cette maison est une location de vacances légale avec le département de planification du comté de Maui. Les principaux logements sont à l'étage supérieur d'une maison à deux étages avec vue sur l'océan et le territoire, y compris Haleakala. Cette résidence contient une maison de trois chambres et une piscine. La maison pourra accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 6 personnes (y compris les enfants).

La maison a 3 chambres à coucher. Le maßtre contient un lit king standard, le second un lit king californien et la troisiÚme chambre contient 2 lits jumeaux. Le salon principal est ouvert et contient une cuisine bien équipée, une salle à manger et un salon. Les grandes terrasses font face à l'océan et à Haleakala, et contiennent également un coin repas extérieur avec barbecue en acier inoxydable. Vous pouvez regarder le soleil se lever et se coucher. AC est installé dans le salon principal (qui comprend la troisiÚme chambre) et 2 chambres à l'arriÚre.

Il y a une piscine privée et une terrasse incroyables. Il y a de nombreux siÚges et chaises longues. Le pont a été fini avec une belle terrasse TREX.

La maison est situĂ©e dans un quartier rĂ©sidentiel. Cette propriĂ©tĂ© est parfaite pour les familles. Les heures de calme sur le comtĂ© de Maui sont de 21h Ă  8h, cette maison n'est pas une maison de fĂȘte mais parfaite pour les familles.

This was our third trip to Kihei and by far our best rental experience. Our group of six (including a 2 and 4 year old) loved our week spent here. Hosts were awesome, and were able to accommodate an early check-in for us—which was a huge bonus traveling with two littles. The house was also well stocked including lots of towels, a travel crib, and all you need for a fun day at the beach (chairs, toys, umbrellas, etc). The location is awesome. You’re close to a lot in Kihei, and can easily get around to major roads that can get you to wherever you’re wanting to explore on Maui. The beach is an easy two minute walk away, which was perfect for catching sunset each night. But by far the highlight for us was the private pool area. We spent every afternoon here, and it felt like our own little private oasis. The kids loved being in the pool each day, and you just can’t beat the peace that comes with having it all to yourself. The only note for those traveling with kids, is that the smaller bedroom with the two beds does not have floor-to-ceiling walls (they’re a couple feet short on two sides) and so sound travels between it and the living room area. By no means did it negatively impact our trip since we traveled with our kids’ sound machines, but just something worth noting for families. All-in-all this is a great rental, and one we’ll be looking for next time we return to Maui.

The place was very clean and had everything we needed including towels and beach chairs. We absolutely loved the pool and spent many afternoons relaxing there. Highly recommend!

Fantastic 2 week stay!

We arrived shortly after a substantial rain storm that flooded the area. Amber and her family worked hard to clean up and by the time we arrived we could barely notice the area was recently flooded. The house was great, but the pool area was the highlight. Amazing to have a private pool area like that steps from the beach. Our family spent hours in it every day. Thanks for the great stay and we hope to return .

Great stay

The place was as advertised. Clean and spacious. Pool was secluded and private. Tons of cooking items. Tons of beach towels. Beach chairs. Air conditioning worked great. Very quiet neighbourhood. If you’re up late this is not the place for you. Great for families. Would totally stay here again. Turtles on the beach at sunset. Amber and jeremy very welcoming. What more can you ask for? Best vacation by far

This property with its three bedrooms was perfect for my wife and me and our two adult children. The house is beautiful, up-to-date, and clean. It was such a pleasant and soothing place to stay. The neighborhood is so peaceful and quiet (and yet many shops and restaurants are conveniently close by), and I loved sitting out on the front deck every morning with my coffee, taking in the view and enjoying the sounds of the birds. From the back veranda, you can watch the sun come up over Haleakala. The private pool area in the back is every bit as enjoyable as you would expect and the owner keeps the pool very clean. We had a lot of fun barbecuing on the front deck as well. The beach is very close and every evening just after sunset, many turtles come ashore to rest on the beach. This place was truly an amazing home away from home. If you want to do your Maui vacation right, stay here. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic time staying at the Kihei house. Our kids loved having their own pool and we spent hours out there everyday. The house was in a great location, everything was very clean and well taken care of. The host was very responsive when we messaged. Overall a great place to stay!

Truly magical!

If you are scrolling through homes and wondering where in Maui to stay and which home to choose
I would definitely recommend you stop now and book Amber and Jeremy’s place if it’s available. The location in Kihei is just perfect - there’s so much you can walk to (including Nalu’s, which has live music and my vote for best poke bowl, and trust me - I did the work). But having the water views and the beach right across the road is amazing. We would walk over to watch the sunset, and were treated to getting to watch literally 2 dozen sea turtles make their way out of the water onto the sand under a starry sky. The neighborhood is so green and lush and the property is beautifully landscaped. And the POOL! My kids spent hours in and around this gorgeous area. The house is sparkling clean, spacious, and full of light. It’s even better than the photos - high quality appliances, beautiful finishes, and modern spaces. Amber and Jeremy have thought of absolutely everything and make it so, so easy. The house has everything you need and a lot you didn’t know you needed but actually did! The only downside of this home is having to leave. If we are lucky enough to visit beautiful Maui again one day, I would 100% want to stay here.

Lovely location and perfect for families

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. It has everything. Very clean and location is ideal. Short walks to close restaurants and parks. We found drives to North, South, West, and Central Maui appropriate and not too long. Beautiful yard and pool. Jeremy and Amber were great host. We enjoyed sunsets on the balcony every evening. We highly recommend and will return in future.

The perfect place to stay!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was spacious and comfortable - perfect for our family of 5. There are gorgeous views from the front (where you can see and hear the ocean!) and the back (where you can enjoy sunrises over the mountain). The beach is even closer than I had realized, and we loved walking there every evening to watch the sunset and the turtles that come to shore. The pool area is beautiful as well. All in all, this was the perfect place for our family’s Maui vacation!

A Slice of Paradise!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful Kihei home. There were views from every window—Haleakala (out back), corridor views of the ocean (in front) and tropical plants from all other windows. The beach was a super short walk down the road and it was a great place to spot turtles during the day and watch the sunset in the evening. The place was immaculate, and Amber was super responsive. I’d definitely stay again.

YOU WON'T REGRET STAYING HERE!!!

All I can say is WOW!!! Top notch, high quality property that is better than the photos. Comfy beds, endless amenities for the kitchen and bathrooms (LOTS of QUALITY towels & mugs), ample storage for you to feel at home, great water pressure in the shower, wonderful BBQ, the pool area is beyond your wildest dreams, and it takes less than 3 minutes to walk to a beautiful sand beach. I recommend going there for Sunset every day to watch the families of turtles come us to the beach. So cool!!! Amber is an excellent host with prompt responses. You feel like you're in a private home and you wouldn't even know there is a family under you!!! Loved by all. Had myself and my 2 boys (1 and 3 year old), my parents (in their 60s), and my sister (mid 30s). If you have the chance to book this property, I can assure you that you won't regret it.

Wonderful Vacay Getaway

Staying at this vacation rental was an absolute delight! The host was incredibly gracious and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location couldn't have been better – it was ideal and central to all the major activities on the island, allowing us to explore with ease. The rental itself was clean and just the right size for our family of three, providing a cozy and comfortable space for our stay. Maui Paradise

Vacationed with our two kids and my father. Absolutely amazing place to stay. We’ve stayed in many rentals and this one takes the cake by far. You’re lucky to rent it if you get the chance. Well stocked, clean, close to everything including beaches, restaurants and grocery stores. Phenomenal hosts, private and beautiful setting, pool was amazing and the beach walks were beautiful. Another amazing vacation


This was our second stay at the Hale Anna, and it certainly won’t be our last. Once again, the property was perfect. During this stay, another couple joined us, and the house offered plenty of room for our group of four adults. You can’t beat the location and the amenities. The pool is fantastic and completely private. The beach is great, especially during sunset. It was so nice having beach chairs, coolers and umbrellas available for use during the days that we spent exploring other parts of the island. Amber and Jeremy are great hosts, and it’s nice to have them close by for help/recommendations, etc. We look forward to booking this property again sometime soon. Highly recommended!
