- My HOA association does its best to keep them outside via regularly scheduled pest control. However, from time to time these little bug friends do sneak in so don't be alarmed :)

The State of Hawaii requires us to collect a General Excise Tax (GET), as well as a Transient Accommodations Tax (TAT) on every booking, which are not included in the nightly rate and will be added to the net total.

*** The unit’s convenient location does mean that some noise from the pool & beach go-ers can be heard from the unit, especially with the balcony door open, but the noise level dies down early in the evening.

Resort/Property Rules:
- Quiet Hours: from 10pm to 8am & is enforced by 24-hour security
- No items to be hung on lanai (balcony)
- No smoking in unit, lanai or on property as this is a non-smoking property
- FREE unassigned parking for ONE vehicle per unit
- Additional vehicle is $35 per stay per HOA
- A $30 fee will be charged for a lost pool key replacement.

Violation of the property rules can result in additional fees/fines and/or eviction without refund.
