You won't miss any of Maui's beauty with incredible ocean views, views of the mountain, Maui's famous sunrises and sunsets, and the calm reflection of the light off the water. After a day of golf or on the sand, cool off in the A/C and relax in recliners while uploading your photos or watching TV. Cooking will be a breeze in this modern kitchen and you can eat outdoors in the cooling trade winds - all while never losing sight of the ocean. If you'd like to grill outdoors, take advantage of the grills and picnic area steps from this home, with views of the ocean and the smooth greens of Ol' Blue.

What's Nearby:
If you don't feel like making coffee, just a few steps away you'll find locally owned Akamai Coffee, which is known for its iced coffees. A mere tenth of a mile down the hill, golfers can check in for 18 holes on Blue. Your 19th hole is right there at Manoli's, which features ocean views and open-air dining with excellent pizza and salads. Just two-tenths of a mile down the hill are the Shops at Wailea. There, you can dine local-style at Lineage or any of the other five restaurants. Shop at Tiffany's, pick up last-minute groceries at Island Gourmet, or enjoy the best smoked wings on Maui at Waikiki Brewing Co. Beachgoers have plenty of options with Wailea Beach being the closest. Just a mile away, Wailea Beach features a long stretch of clear sand, incredible snorkeling on your left-hand side, and plenty of beach gear to rent.

Beautiful Condo

The condo is very comfortable and beautifully furnished with nice little decorative touches everywhere. Appliances were like new, everything very clean, and the remote controlled window shades are a great idea. The location is excellent, with a fabulous view of the ocean and surrounding area. Very short drive to shopping, restaurants and a wonderful beach. The beach chairs and umbrella were much appreciated. There is a very nice pool for the complex and the landscaping is lovely. We would certainly consider booking his unit again. My only complaint is with the directions given at checkin. The address we were given was the address for the entire complex, and there are several entrances from the main road. You need to find the entrance for the correct building, which can be very confusing. The Vacasa Local Front Desk number we were given is NOT local and didn't have a clue. Luckily we happened to find someone who lives in the complex and she helped us to find our building. This should be an easy thing for Vacasa to fix.

Great Stay for a Family :)

This property has a gorgeous view, and is so peaceful! Very safe, upscale neighborhood with a patrolling security guard. No issues parking. Super clean, and great for families with little ones. Since it's a bi-level home, we didn't worry as much for bothering neighbors with our heavy-footed kids. Washer and dryer was super handy. A/C was a life-saver, and keeps both bedrooms and living room cold. Extra beach gear was great to have (towels, umbrellas, etc). Easy drive to very nice beaches. We enjoyed Wailea, Polo, and White Rock beaches. Super easy walk to a wonderful coffeeshop with great breakfast options (Akamai coffee). Only minor complaint is that in the master bedroom, the blinds have a 2 " gap to the edge, so at night if anyone was outside, they could see directly into your bedroom, bathroom, and changing area. The master bed is off a decently used walking path. Besides this minor detail, we absolutely LOVED the property, and would definitely stay here again. A Head's up, though: Vacasa's directions/address given for property are not correct! (they text you the day before) You'll be driving around forever if you follow them, so just call Vacasa customer service instead. :).

Spring break 2023

We would like to thank you for our wonderful trip. The condo was great and the location was perfect. We were walking distance to everything in Wailea. The condo had so many amenities. We enjoyed all the stuff that was available to take to the beach. The only that was somewhat annoying was the address on the website is incorrect and we ended up driving around for a long time to find the condo and since it was the weekend no one responded to us from the management company. Aside from that we highly recommend this condo.

Excellent Stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was very well stocked- Towels, blender, dishes, boogie boards and a whole lot more for my family of 4. Check in was very easy, communication was very good and super friendly. Location was perfect near all the big hotels with great restaurants. I highly recommend staying here. We had an excellent experience. Thank you very much!

Clean, quiet, and great location.

Condo was clean and cozy. On the bottom Lanai there were some beach chairs and umbrellas which came in handy. Internet was 250+ down and 20+ up there was no lag for the teenager to watch Tiktok and Insta their best life. Condo was a short walk to the pool. Also centrally located for beaches and snorkeling sights. Shops at Wailea is a short walk away. The Property Management patrols the property at night so there is that added level of safety.

Chill Stay in Paradise

Our family of four enjoyed a lovely, relaxing week of holidays in this condo. The unit itself is lovely and spacious featuring a well-stocked, functional kitchen, both indoor and outdoor dining options and two lanais. The grounds are kept spotless as was our condo. A lovely surprise was the well-stocked library of excellent fiction, Maui travel guides AND books on the local flora, fauna and aquatic ecosystem (yay!! thanks :) The owners also generously left out their assorted leisure "toys" for guests to use. Finally, being able to view humpbacks breaching in the Pacific with the sun setting golden pinky hues defies words! Thanks for the lovely accommodation and we'd be very happy to return here someday. Vacasa also deserves a nod for it's little extra in the way of locally made welcoming gifts and good communication.
