We chose Kihei Holiday due to it's incredibly close location directly across the street from Sugar Beach. Great ocean view!

The unit was finished being completely remodeled from top to bottom in March, 2023. Stainless steel appliances, air conditioning, quartz countertops, beach gear, and a 65" TV are some of the amenities you will enjoy during your stay.

This unit is steps to the beach, and has a pool for your enjoyment.

Directly across the street from the beach and it was so nice to walk over and watch the sunset and having light weight beach chairs to use. Sitting on the patio was so nice and added extra space for guests. Kitchen was very stocked and functional. Beds were the most comfortable we have experienced in a rental in a while. Convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. Owner was very helpful and offered an early check in for a small fee. We will certainly be back and would love to stay here. Rates are the best you will get for location and a modern 2 bedroom stay in Maui!

Very clean and well stocked. Beds were very comfortable. Living room furniture is a little tired and could use an upgrade. The screen on the sliding glass door needs replacing. Those are very small things for the host to consider as overall everything was very good. The only major problem had nothing to do with the apartment itself or the hosts..... it was a very loud rooster who decided to start crowing around 3-4am and didn't stop for hours. Sounded like it was right outside the bedroom windows and was so loud. I guess some might consider it part of the charming landscape but I was exhausted the next day

Very nice Appartement, really good equipped. Clean and good size. Unfortunately there was a rooster which crowed every day from 3-6pm, many times. But this a general problem of Maui and not specific for this Appartement. I can definitely recommend this location and would book it again, for sure!

We had a wonderful week staying at this property! It was perfect for my husband and I and our toddler. Location was nice and central to everything, check-in and checkout went smooth, and the property had its own parking lot. The unit had beach chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, toddler floaty, and cooler that came in handy! AC worked great in every room and beds were comfy!

One kitchen towel. No hot pads no soap. One tiny bottle of shampoo. Not expecting fully stocked but terrible. Only spices salt and pepper no coffee sugar olive oil etc. expect more

Great Condo and a Great Location!

Our family loved staying at Kihei Holiday. The house was furnished really well and we loved all of the beach toys. The complex where the condo is at is really nice and we also loved using the pool. It's in a good location on the island easily accessible to everything we wanted to do. We would stay here again!

Great place!

This was the perfect solution for our first place being booked 1 night short of what we needed. We super appreciated being allowed an early check in, although that wasn’t communicated if that would be possible until the day of. Clean and nice. Well stocked and complex is located across the street from the beach. Beds were comfortable.

Great stay

The property was exactly as listed. Beds were the most comfortable beds Ive slept on in a rental before. The location was perfect and everything we needed was provided in the unit. The check in and out process was quick and easy and the host was super responsive when I had a question about parking. Thanks for a great stay!

Very nice updated condo on the north end of Kihei

We had a lovely stay in Hawaii. Plenty of beach chairs, shade umbrellas, boogie boards, and towels. No cooler, but we brought our own. Very clean and well organized condo with a decent view. Complex felt safe and was centrally located. AC was nice and cool. No issues.
