This meticulously remodeled (2024) and professionally designed one-bedroom suite features an innovative SLIDING WALL in the living area, easily transforming the space into a private second bedroom. Complete with two full bathrooms, one upstairs, one downstairs, this stunning oceanfront property unit overlooks one of the community's four beautiful pools.

This spacious two story town home (noiseless, nobody above or below you) is your private oasis within the highly sought-after Wailea Resort District of Wailea Ekahi Villas. Step outside onto one of your two private lanais and let the beauty of Wailea wash over you. The breathtaking pool and garden views, combined with the gentle trade winds and lush tropical landscape, create a serene ambiance that’s hard to resist.

Very clean and comfortable condo with nice lanai that we used frequently. Well-equipped, clean kitchen. Close to a pool. Nice to have beach chairs for our use, too. We loved the space and it had everything we needed. Our only complaint was that the pullout bed in the living room was not very comfortable for two adults. It may be fine for children or small adults, but not for our family. That said, it was really nice to have the pocket door to create some privacy for that room.

We had a fabulous stay at this beautifully updated, clean, and comfortable unit. It’s conveniently located to a private beach for sunset views and daily swims and close to all the higher end resorts along the Wailea beach path which we walked to several times throughout our stay. Perfect for our family get away

The condo was just renovated which was a treat. Loved the split level and living area which acted like a second bedroom with sliding doors. Perfect for my teenager that doesn’t get up as early as me. Location was a short walk to an amazing beach which is less busy. Super quiet at night and slept like a log!

Peaceful getaway

This unit is perfect for us as it’s so peaceful and the grounds are surrounded by gorgeous landscaping. We enjoyed the close vicinity to the pool. The furnishings of the condo inside and out are outstanding! Look forward to coming back again.

Beautiful unit at Wailea Ekahi

This condo was absolutely gorgeous: beautiful decor and furnishings, bathrooms and kitchen very updated and well-stocked, fantastic ceiling fans and lights with adjustable levels, and several stunning lanais. And of course, the grounds at Wailea Ekahi were fabulous, with flowers, views, excellent pools, and wonderful people. The pickleball court was in great condition, and players were very welcoming and inclusive. We had a great stay!

Very clean, easiest location you could ask for! Good directions, close to everything you could want. Everything in the condo was spotless and well cared for. You can tell they maintain things well. Even though it’s a large condo complex, you would never know it. Still lots of privacy and it was quiet. Would definitely recommend staying there again.

December 2023 vacation with family

Wailea Ekahi 42A was perfect for our needs! Easy access to many beaches and although we ended up not using it, was right next to a pool. The entire complex is well maintained and quiet. It’s a short drive (or 20mkn walk) to the Shops at Wailea and about a 10min drive from the heart of Kihei, where the groceries stores are. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!

Great location & nice renovation

We enjoyed our stay at this property. If was well furnished, clean and updated. The pavilion and grounds were nicely landscaped and well cared for. The pavilion is next to the beach and gated so it was easy to drop off shoes before going to the beach. The only disappointment was that for several the days the pavilion was closed. This wasn’t disclosed to us before our purchase either.

Maui mini break

The condo was clean, linens were new, location is quiet. Kitchen and bathrooms newly remodeled and nice. There is not a direct ocean view but the upstairs deck and downstairs lanai overlook green area and pool. Walk down to the ocean a bit of a distance but all on green grass and worth it. It is an easy walk to Shops at Wailea. We plan to visit again!

The condo is modern and tastefully decorated and stocked with kitchen, bathroom and beach supplies. The walk to the beach side pool is about 10min on the green and puts you steps away from the beach. That pool and large pavilion has many seating including a full kitchen and grills. The restrooms has showers. The property manager was responsive and helpful with some questions we had. We enjoyed our stay and would come back.
