You can't beat this location. A block from the beach and all the amenities you need within walking distance. We had some trouble with check-in, not having been sent the door code in advance and even when the code was sent the instructions about putting a # after the number wasnt specified. Once we got in everything was great. Hopefully the communication mishap was just a one-off. Host offered an unprompted late check-out, which was much appreciated.

Tired unit but great location.

Very nice building & pool. Great roof top deck. Quiet unit located on 2nd floor with peek a boo views of the water. Great beach across the street. Very accessible. Unit itself however was very tired, worn and in need of an upgrade (paint, new cabinets, some of the furniture).

Great location - perfect for a couple!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo! The location was great - there were lots of great local restaurants that we could walk to each evening. We loved the "vibe" of the neighborhood. We especially loved watching sunset on the 7th floor patio. No frills - but clean and comfortable!

Great location, condo was stocked with the essentials for the kitchen and for the beach. Property manager was very easy to deal with. Pool was lovely . The roof top patio was a gem, especially at sunset!

Great condo with a great view!

Overall, very clean and great amenities. You can't beat the location. Walking distance to the beach, great dining and fabulous local pubs. Would definitely recommend!!

Great Unit

Liked almost everything about the condo -- fast wi-fi, appliances in good condition, comfy bed and pillows. There were some minor quibbles such as better pans, sharper knives, and the informational binder should be updated. There were several versions of the wi-fi network and password, for example. I also ended up buying an 8-inch ceramic pan from Target because the non-stick surfaces on the other pans were scratched. But those are not deal breakers and I would definitely return! I had a very relaxing vacation.

Location, location, location

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely located property. The view from the lanai was awesome! Air conditioning in both main room and bedroom a plus. Just a short walk to beach, they had all the beach stuff needed from snorkel gear to beach chairs and umbrellas. Lots of shops and restaurants just footsteps away. Bed is comfortable also. We ran into a issue with bathroom and owner was super diligent in getting it fixed fast even on a holiday. Thank you Carolyn for all your help. The only knock on this building is that the bedroom was close to the front door which is right beside the adjacent unit which made for some noise at times with the metal screen doors. The rooftop lookout makes up for anything small like that and more!! Beautiful sunsets atop this building. Mahalo

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay, very good location beach is across the street, near playground and grocery stores, ABC store and lots of restaurants. Place was clean and comfortable. Pool was nice and nice view from shared roof space.

Good vacation home

We enjoyed our stay, I liked the area, it was easy to walk to restaurants, stores, gift shops and the beach across from the condo is really nice. It stayed nice and cool in the unit which was a big plus. The condo was clean and we had everything we needed for our stay, one thing I will say is that I feel that it could use a tiny bit of updating i.e. the bedding/linens and some small things. Overall I was happy with my experience!

Room was clean and quiet, just as advertised. We were staying a week to see my grand parents and multiple family members that were located in condos above us, that made the visiting so easy and gave us more time with family. Everything you need !

To celebrate my mom’s 60th and my 30th, we decided to visit Hawaii. Our first stop was O’ahu and we spent 5 days in Maui after that. This apartment was everything we needed. From the closeness to the beach (literally 2 mins walk), to the fact that we had a washer and a dryer, it was perfect for the both of us. The host was very responsive to our needs, and the apartment was the same as listed. Another plus was that we could park our car in a safe spot. It was our first time using Vrbo and we both recommend it now.

Great location

This condo is just a block away from the beach with beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas provided. Perfect for our 3 year old. Great walking distance to good food and a fancy market. On our last night we could see whales breaching from the rooftop patio. Living areas are exactly as pictured.

Great place!

The property directions for use were clearly stated, check-in easy and door code avoided any key issues. There were 4 adults and didn't feel cramped. The balcony had a table and chairs to use. The kitchen was well equipped. The rooftop patio to view sunsets and grills worked well. There was easy access to the beach. We really enjoyed being able to walk to a variety of restuarants and the ABC store was also close. I think our favorite treat was the gelato shop across the street. There were many flavors and tasted delicious! We would use this property again.

Nice place with good amenities in a good location.

We enjoyed staying here right across from the beach. Especially enjoyed being able to grill on the rooftop bbq and watch the sunsets from up there. Also appreciated being able to use the beach chairs and towels available.

Everything you need in a convenient location

We stayed there for one week in the middle of July with two adults and a 12 year old sleeping on the couch. The location was perfect. Just a few minutes walk from one sandy Beach and a short walk from to two others. That area can get congested so living so close is really handy. There’s also a walkable natural foods grocery on one side and a large convenient store on the other, though I recommend a trip to Safeway as it’s more affordable. While parking is not ideal because the spots are not assigned per apartment, we were always able to find one even during busy July. Note that the parking spots are quite narrow but I was still able to squeeze a jeep in there. The building does have quiet hours posted but because the location is near an elevator, you’ll hear a chatter through the thin windows in the master bedroom. This could be an issue if you were a light sleeper. However the second floor location is otherwise ideal because you do not need to wait for an elevator and can go up the steps in the front. The condo has an odd assortment of extra items that were very convenient but perhaps they are not always there, so I suggest confirming
 Two lifejackets, snorkel equipment, flippers, beach chairs. The kitchen was missing a large cooking pot but that may be replaced soon
 (as it happens, we did see a lid for such a pot). The coffee maker is also rather unusual and no matter what kind of coffee we put in it, it always tasted the same. Despite these small issues, we would choose that same apartment again if we had the opportunity. Note that there is a brand new king mattress in there. And the roof top space is really convenient and has space for 20+ people seated.
