Tout Ă©tait parfait, sauf qu’à tous les matin une vieille dame un peu dĂ©mente venait « discuter » au travers de la clĂŽture avec notre voisine d’en bas. Elle parlait tellement fort qu’elle rĂ©veillait toute la maisonnĂ©e. Sinon le. Condo Ă©tait parfait pour une famille de 4.

Great location

Listing was accurate and is an amazing location due to the closeness of the beaches. However there was unfortunately someone sleeping in their car outside the patio the whole time we were there, which isn't an issue the slightest. We live in tough times, whatever anyone needs to do to get by we understand. But this individual was constantly looking up into our apartment and was peeing in public. We had to call the cops 2 times which they drove by, saw him there each time, but never did anything. It felt uncomfortable to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful location/view of this apartment.

Perfect location. Clean place. Enjoyed our stay.

you can see the ocean from the balcony. The air conditioning was very nice still got a little too hot for us in the middle of the day but we usually weren't there. A lot of the furniture could be replaced More specifically the extra beach chairs and patio furniture. Overall it was a great place to stay. We would stay there again

Relaxing and in a great location

We enjoyed the clean, well equipped condo. Had a good view of the ocean and thoroughly enjoyed the location. The beach was less than a block away, which was great for watching the beautiful sunsets. Grocery store was right next door and good restaurants really close too.

Fantastic place

This condo is in a fantastic location, walking distance to Times grocery store, which we found to be one of the least expensive in Kihei. Split A/C worked great, and kept everyone comfortable. So close to the beach, made watching the sunset that much easier. Condo complex is clean, beautiful, and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at Kihei Garden Estates! The check-in process was well organized and easy for us, especially after a long travel day and arriving late at night. The unit was clean and stocked with a the necessities we needed for the week! The area was great, centrally located in Maui and close to so many great restaurants and beaches. There is a public beach literally across the street, and we really enjoyed spending time there watching sea turtles and seeing a few whale breaches! Also, the sunsets are amazing from there too!

Easy Location for Excellent Vacation

We really enjoyed staying here with our 4 & 10 year old. The pool was the right size to enjoy on windy days, the beach was close enough that one parent could walk the kids there & the other could catch up later. Unit was stocked well for a week long stay, you’d have to replace dish soap & toilet paper if you stayed longer or had a bigger group. Groceries and coffee are within easy walking distance. If we didn’t have excursions planned, we could have had a great trip without a rental vehicle. Taxi fare was $45 from the airport to the location. The beds were not our favourite (bit too soft). We let the property team know and I’m sure they’ll be tuned up in no time.

We had so much fun

The location of this condo was great. A walk along the beach in the morning, sunset just across the street, close grocery store with friendly locals (Times) close to all great Kihei beaches (5-15 min drive max) , close to great restaurants, close to fruit stand/snorkel rental etc. The condo was in good shape. The AC didn’t always seem to work perfectly in the second bedroom but with the ceiling fan it was comfortable enough. The odd thing wasn’t in 100% shape but all worked well enough. The garbage trucks do start driving by at 7am but that’s when we get up so it worked perfectly for us; never woken by traffic noise. The blackout blinds worked great in the second bedroom where our kids slept. We were very comfortable in the master. The pool area was lovely. The landscaping is beautiful. The staff on property were super friendly. The property manager was available promptly by email. We will definitely be looking to stay here again.

Sunset Heaven

This condo is nothing extravagant... but very practical, clean and comfortable. It has a great location with a beautiful beach 50 yards from the front door. This had all the amenities we needed.

It's like 30 seconds to the ocean

For not being on the beach itself, I can't imagine being closer than this place, which also has a pretty stunning view of the ocean from the balcony. The condo was well-equipped and clean, so we used it as a base of operations to go scuba diving in maui, or to go horseback riding. It met all of our needs.

Watch Whales from your balcony

The location of this condo is great, close to the beach and grocery store/restaurants. We luckily visited in Feb and were able to spot whales from the balcony while enjoying coffee every morning. Our kids enjoyed swimming the complex pool. The condo has everything you need for a wonderful beach vacation!

Water and sunsets

The apartment was in an excellent location. From the balcony and great room we could see the ocean. The sunsets which we could see from the apt were absolutely gorgeous. The beach was steps away and sitting there and watching the sunset was bliss. The apt was a little old but perfectly fine for us. We chose to cook rather than eat out. The dishwasher didn’t work properly which was a nuisance. We needed a few more wine glasses but we would rent that apt again and highly recommend it. The property management company always replied to questions immediately. We three friends were happy and relaxed.

Great location, great place

Perfect spot for our needs, Kihei was exactly what we were looking for. Very local feel to the area. Condo was nice, well appointed and clean. Air-conditioning worked well in all the rooms, clean, new appliances, nice little balcony with sunset views. Location was perfect. Pool was great when we needed a break from the sand. Beach front views, 30 second walk to the shore. Shops and supermarket were all a minute or two away on foot. Rented a car and barely used it except for when we were exploring other parts of Maui. Highly recommend, great value, great location, easy access, abundant free parking in the parking lot of the community or public street parking. No interaction with management outside of the couple of emails during booking process, seamless check-in, seamless check-out.

Terrific Maui Rental

Great location just steps to the beach, and right next to grocery and many dining options. Place was clean and orderly, with many small amenities like spices and beach chairs. Management was very responsive when I had questions. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again.

Perfect!

Perfect location and parking was easy! 2min walk to the beach, 2min walk to a grocery store, 5min walk to the best sushi I’ve ever had at Miso Phat! Also 5min walk to a great restaurant called Nalu! The beach was gentle enough for kids to play. We’ll be back!
