Kihei Akahi est l'un des meilleurs complexes de villĂ©giature de Kihei, situĂ© directement en face du magnifique Kamaole Beach Park II, oĂč vous pourrez profiter de toutes vos activitĂ©s de plage prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©es telles que le surf, la plongĂ©e en apnĂ©e, le paddle board, le volley-ball et plus encore!

Glorious sunsets

Great central location for most island activities. Beautiful sunsets from the balcony or on the beach just across the street. Unit is comfortable, quiet, and has most everything you need for a enjoyable stay.

The location was fantastic. Just like what was written. The condo was great except one thing which we would never rent it again. Way too hot at night! Neither Aircon or natural breeze could make it to the bedroom. Tiny tiny window at the top. Basically sleeping in a box. Poor sleep even though a comfortable bed.

We are from Canada, upon arrival, there are a couple of cute teacup mats with Canadian maple leaf on table, so sweet! Many cooking utensil to use, the whole place is clean and comfortable. Nice view from balcony, beautiful beach just cross the street. Will book again!

Super easy checkin by code. Sunset and ocean views plus Haleakala. AC (though we barely used it as ceiling fans were enough). Well stocked kitchen, nice shower and comfy king bed. We walked to Wailea and back plus all through Kihei beaches from the front door

We have rented from this property before and love the location . Building is always quiet and people are nice that work around there. The only issue over the years now is the roosters
 they are starting earlier and earlier now on waking me up

Clean, quiet, 1 minute from the best beach in Kihei. Restaurants and shops right next door, boat launches close by for a snorkeling trip to Molokini. I will definitely stay here on my next trip to Kihei.

Great location, horribly hot and bright room

Pro’s: great location, nice size kitchen, nice eating area, comfortable king size bed, beach chairs provided were nice, great remodeled shower with a waterfall shower head, Keyless entry super useful, Good stock of beach towels. Cons: A/C unit furthest away from the bedroom, never did cool off bedroom at all, bedroom was ALWAYS HOT even with a fan. Also no curtains/blinds for the bedroom windows so at night it’s bright enough to read by the street lights and in the morning you are waking up at sunrise. Windows don’t seal very well so you hear roosters crowing throughout the night. Washer/dryer was nice to have but extremely small, instructions say no more then 2 towels at a time. Overall all decorations and furniture was very outdated. Snorkel gear was still sandy so it obviously wasn’t cleaned/sanitized. Wifi was essentially useless, sitting right next to it in the livingroom it couldn’t stream Netflix so we used our phone plan (even tried restarting modem and router, still painfully slow). Overall, for the price I’d stay somewhere else. Having a detrimental sleep situation on vacation wasn’t worth it in our opinion.

25th Anniversary Celebration

We really enjoyed staying here. The location is right across the street from 3 great beaches, and @15 minutes from Makena Beach (possibly the best beach on Maui). Walking distance to a number of great restaurants as well. The property was very clean, and comfortable. The only issue I can think of 
 a rooster would start crowing early every morning 
 but the property has no control over that. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location with an nice kitchen

This property is in a great location. Only a short walk across the street to the beach and close to many restaurants. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to make meals. The Lanai was the best part of the property, with great views on either side.

Expensive outdated condo

We rented this particular condo despite mixed reviews because there were very few vacancies available. This unit is very outdated but everything functioned. The king size bed was extremely comfortable and nice breezes on the 6th floor meant we didn’t need to use the air conditioning. The view was great with Haleakala in one direction and the ocean in the other direction. Keyless entry was great. We were able to go for an early morning swim bringing just a towel and flip flops. The beach was literally just across the road. Our main concern was that the lanai was practically unusable due to excruciatingly uncomfortable chairs. We normally like to enjoy our meals on the lanai and could not!

good but needs major updating

Keihei Akahi-612 needs major updating. The beds and view were great and had good kitchen supplies- a better set of not plastic dishes would be nice.The patio table was rusted and wicker worn as well as a new welcome mat needed to be replaced.There was no umbrella or cooler to use- a standard in all condos we have rented. The kitchen counter had a crack in the tile. There were handles missing on cupboard so the dishwasher could open. The oven drawer would not close easily.Could use some thicker beach towels. For the price we paid expected better- there are better condos for less money.I I would not recommend unless no other choice.

Loved our experience here in Kihei! Condo was central and equipped with all the essentials needed for a great home away from home ! One thing that we would have enjoyed better was more comfy patio chairs on the deck .

A couple's delightful respite

The condo was clean, quiet and accommodating. The king bed was very comfortable. We had everything necessary to start off our vacation. The location was good - great view of the ocean from the lanai; access was easy & handy elevators; kitchen equipment was well appointed - everything working well. The condo is perfect for two, although you could probably fit another on the couch pullout; but it would be really cozy. The AC was adequate, although we used the fan perpetually in the bedroom. However, we could get a good breeze going through and rarely needed the AC. We can't address the pool, as we were in the ocean most of the time, which is conveniently across the street, and an easy walk from the condo. Kihei Ahaki staff were welcoming and helpful. We appreciate being able to stay here and will, no doubt, look for this condo's availability when we return. Mahalo for a great stay.

Good experience

The rental is exactly as described. It’s clean and comfortable and we appreciate the snacks management left for us. However the AC unit in living room does not quite cool the bedroom so if you’re a cold sleeper it might be challenging. Otherwise I would recommend this rental to anyone who’s looking for an centrally located and affordable place in Maui.

Very pretty and clean

A little complicated with check in and restrictions. I had an exemption from testing because I had already passed a positive test quarantine months ago. This is approved by the State of Hawaii. First the property said I needed to get a test, so I got one, then I was told I didn't need one. Then again, told I needed one. So the property needs to get their communications straight with the State of Hawaii. The management company was very nice, and tried to straighten it out for me.

Ideal spot on Maui!

I could not be happier with the pick of this property for my stay on Maui. The location was clean, had beautiful views from the balcony and was in an ideal location. Check in and check out was easy and convenient. The spot had all the necessary tools in the kitchen to make cooking at home possible and a washer and dryer were just an amazing plus. We could see so many whales from the balcony. It was a comfortable spot that made us feel like we were right at home!

Beach Proximity & Quality are Winners

Loved swimming, sunsets and adventures. The property is superbly maintained. The office staff were super helpful and fixed our TV & Wi-Fi. Next trip may be November 2020
