Kihei Akahi #C-106 is a highly desirable ground floor, 1 bed 1 bath unit, located across the street from the beautiful Kamaole II Beach. The full kitchen is equipped with a gas range stove. Building C is desirable for its close proximity to the beach, pool, and tennis courts. The unit is built with high quality materials, including Corian countertops, and has been recently refurnished with entirely new mid-century modern style furniture. The bedroom includes a king bed and a luggage rack is provided for your convenience. The living room is equipped with window unit air conditioning a full size sofa bed, an ottoman that converts into a twin bed, and a large screen TV is provided. There is a washer/dryer in the unit and beach chairs and beach towels are included to make your beach days more fun, and tennis racquets are supplied to use on the Kihei Akahi courts! Kihei Akahi #C-106 sleeps 5.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 24 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.

Kihei Akahi has a great location as it is just a short walk to Kamaole Beach II and it is moderately priced. Each unit has a private lanai, washer and dryer, AC in the living room and ceiling fans throughout. It also has cable TV and high speed internet service. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are also 2 pool areas with gas grills and a tennis court for your use. Kihei Akahi is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping and is in walking distance to shops and restaurants. This property is across from the famous Kamaole Beaches where you can whale watch, body surf, and watch the most amazing sunsets in the world.

Our stay was just perfect. The location to the shops/dinning/beach was so close! Our condo provided us with beach chairs and towels, an umbrella, even kids sand toys! The place was clean, and the neighbors were nice. All the people in the office were super friendly.The bed was so comfortable! We've already started planning a trip next year!

Wonderful Stay!

We had such a wonderful time and loved every minute of our stay. We went to KAM III almost every day and loved the atmosphere there. The house had everything we could possibly need as it was fully stocked with beach, kitchen, and laundry supplies. Appreciate all the thought that went into making this property a home away from home. My only feedback is that the AC unit is in living room so the bedroom (located at back of property) can get hot at times even with fans.

July 2023 Stay

We stayed nine nights in July with our 3 and 5 year old. The condo was very well stocked with sheets, blankets, beach towels, bath towels, kitchen amenities. The bed was very comfortable as well as the pull out bed. Well stocked with boogie boards, sand toys two beach chairs, beach blanket, tennis rackets, and balls. The grounds were beautiful. Great location for a quick walk to the beach and many shops. We would stay here again!

My husband and I spent 8 nights in the condo. We are familiar with the property as we have stayed at Kihei Akahi several times. The condo is furnished nicely, and the bed is really comfortable. The bedroom was a little warm at night, yet the fan helps cool it down. If you leave the bedroom windows open the noise from the parking lot, other guests, and sprinklers might keep you up. However, it is a great place. Close to restaurants, easy access to beaches and all that Kihei has to offer. Mahalo, Kristi

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay in this unit. The owners are clearly organized and have thought of everything creating a well stocked space. The beds are comfortable, including the sofa bed, and the living room ac is wonderful. There are fans to help with the heat in the bedroom. We chose this unit for the comfortable decor and location and were not disappointed. The beach access is directly across the street with a crosswalks at the end of the driveway. The grounds of the complex are lovely and the two pools were busily enjoyed by families. While there is no view from this ground floor unit, you can still hear the waves while enjoying the lanai and surrounding grass and gardens. Would be very happy to stay here next time.

Only negative which was minimum is no Keurig coffee maker or Blue Ray Player to watch movies. Tv didn’t have a way to access your own Nexflix or Sling to watch favorite series/shows. Overall would stay again!

It is right across from K2. As for the unit itself, it has been tastefully updated. The bedroom has a very comfortable king sized bed. They provide all the necessities of a vacation - beach chairs, towels, umbrella (game changer for the fair skinned), tennis rackets, etc. The kitchen was well appointed with a nice flow. Being on the bottom floor gives you a little extra room vis a vis the deck. Can't wait to go back.
