This beautifully remodeled two-bedroom, two-bath oceanfront non- air-conditioned condo at Menehune Shores is the perfect Maui escape! Located on the peaceful ground floor, this unit offers easy walk-out access to a calm, sandy beach—just 75 steps away—and unobstructed views of the ocean, swaying palms, and neighboring islands. Wake up to this stunning view right from the master bed, and enjoy Maui’s dramatic sunsets and whale sightings (in season) from your private lanai.

Inside, the condo features a fully equipped and remodeled kitchen with granite countertops, modern appliances, and everything you need for relaxed island dining. Ceiling fans in each room and natural cross-ventilation provide cooling tropical breezes throughout the day. The unit also includes an in-suite washer and dryer for your convenience. With one king bed, one queen bed, and a twin bed, it’s the ideal setup for families or two couples.

Nice condo right on the beach. Beautiful place to take in sunsets whether on the ground floor or from the rooftop on the 7th floor. This unit had plenty of kitchen accompaniments. They also supplied coolers, beach chairs and snorkel gear. They also had conch shells for blowing at sunset with the Menehune Rooftop blowers. Not many restaurants within walking distance but there are some that were decent. At least 7 Bull grills were available for use. All in all, a very nice stay. One caution if staying here. The gas to the grills is supposed to shut down at 9 pm. We were mid cook on the grill and the gas shut off at 830 pm. They got it turned back on but it ruined that dinner.

Excellent Maui condo!

Our trip to Maui was enjoyable, but the condo really was ideal. We loved being on the ground floor and being able to walk off of the lanai to the beach. We were able to see sunsets and sunrises each day. Kihei beaches were close by and easy to access. There were plenty of fans and a great ocean breeze each evening that kept us cool. Will be back!!

Just perfection

Genuinely, a few steps over a lovely lawn to a flawless and uncrowded beach, pool just three minutes walk around the curve of the building. Property is immaculately maintained and the condo (especially the kitchen) was well equipped, including beach towels, pool toys and laundry pods. We’ll be back.

This condo was outstanding. The view from the terrace is like a postcard, fantastic sunsets. The condo is clean and bright and very nicely laid out and decorated. You can even see the beach laying the bed in the master bedroom. You can walk on the beach for miles. The area gets windy in the afternoon till Sunset, so best time to hang out is morning and evening.

Close to beach, great location, but no AC.

The house is at great location, parking was easy, close to beach, excellent views. Air condition is not specified in amenities, so it has no AC. Luckily there were many fans provided, so it wasn't that bad. Also carry your own shampoo and bodywash. Everything else was great about this place, especially the views.

Great stay steps from beach

Spacious home with 2 separate bathrooms and decent sized living room, kitchen and patio. Whole building is very well maintained. Kids loved stepped out of the backyard ( which has a post card view with coconut trees and lawn) to beach and access to pool. It can get hot so, be prepared to use lots of windows and fans. Appreciated the life. Ears and beach supplies

How can you go wrong in Maui

Property is well stocked with everything one would need to be at the beach in Maui! In Kihei however just be prepared for the winds to be blowing each afternoon past 12:00pm.

What a fabulous accommodation. Clean, near (but not in) the touristy area, clean facilities (BBQ grills were scrubbed every night), great pool/hot tub. And gorgeous view of the ocean from our third floor lanai. Highly recommend.

Great condo for a family stay. Much quieter location than right in town. Nice to have the chairs and coolers etc
.plus all the extra goodies left by previous groups. Does not have A/C but the breeze does blow through the unit. Note check out time in 10am which seems quite early I think. 11-noon seems to be the standard. Overall great spot, great condo, great manager.

Sunsets and Stars

The location of the condo is amazing! Being on the first floor, steps away from the beach, was very convenient. The condo had lots of beach towels, beach toys, beach chairs, a cooler, etc. I was a little worried that being so close to the path down to the water would be noisy but it wasn’t at all. Along with the beach right there, we had a nice yard, grassy area with a few lounge chairs, perfect for star gazing at night. The kitchen was very well stocked. We like to eat out one meal a day and then make something light for the other. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the sheets and linens were clean. The bath towels seemed a little older but still did the job. The condo overall was clean but had some things that could use some updating. For example the windows and screens in the master bedroom. The window had a great view but was dirty and the screens were rusty. Still, this won’t keep us from staying here again. My brother and SIL stayed with us and are already making plans to return to this condo next year with their teenagers.

Excellent Holiday Getaway

We truly enjoyed our post Christmas stay. This condo is an excellent location .. steps from the beach and beautiful sunsets every night from our patio. We had everything we needed for a wonderful family vacation. Appreciate the beach chairs and towels ! Would definitely stay here again !

Wonderful condo

Very comfortable condo and lovely location right on the beach. Condo was spacious and thoughtfully equipped. We made good use of lawn chairs, beach umbrella and sand toys! Malinee responded quickly to any concerns. Highly recommended!
