Le luxe à son meilleur avec cette villa Ho'olei! Des vues fascinantes sur l'océan et un plan d'étage ouvert et lumineux vous souhaitent la bienvenue. Au dernier étage, vous trouverez une cuisine gastronomique bien équipée et un bar pour prendre votre petit-déjeuner sous forme de buffet Profitez des magnifiques couchers de soleil sur votre lanai privé.

La chambre principale est située au niveau inférieur et comprend un lit king-size, une grande salle de bain avec baignoire, une douche à l'italienne, un lavabo double vasque et un dressing! Profitez de votre propre rez-de-chaussée privé, vue sur l'océan, véranda extérieure avec des chaises longues! La deuxiÚme chambre principale est également située au rez-de-chaussée et comprend un lit king-size et une salle de bains privative complÚte. Le dernier étage comprend une chambre d'amis avec un lit king-size et une salle de bains privative. Le salon principal offre également une demi-salle de bain pour les invités à utiliser.

Cette maison de ville sur deux étages dispose également de la climatisation centrale, d'une grande machine à laver et d'un sÚche-linge, d'un garage privé, d'un abri voiture en face de l'entrée du véhicule, de chaises de plage et de serviettes de plage à utiliser à la plage ou à la piscine!

La propriété Ho'olei dispose d'une superbe piscine avec une cascade, d'une grotte, d'une plage de sable pour les enfants et de deux jacuzzis. N'hésitez pas à apporter les serviettes de plage fournies dans votre unité à la piscine! Il y a un centre de remise en forme à utiliser à cÎté de la piscine et un pavillon de cuisine couvert. Des massages au bord de la piscine sont également disponibles! Ceci est une communauté fermée avec 24 heures de sécurité disponible.

L'accÚs à la plage est situé directement de l'autre cÎté de la rue, en passant par le complexe adjacent. Vous pouvez dßner dans l'un des restaurants du complexe et prendre rendez-vous au spa, mais veuillez noter que l'accÚs à la piscine du complexe adjacent n'est pas compris dans votre réservation dans cette villa de Ho'olei.

Villa was perfect. It was beautifully decorated. The lanai was perfect to enjoy the beautiful ocean view with coffee in the morning and cocktails at sunset. Easy access to the beach. It was walkable, but easier with just a short car ride. The pool on the property was also very nice as well. Location was walkable to restaurants and shopping.Each bedroom was comfortable. But the bedroom with two queen beds was small for two guests and the bathroom needed an upgrade to include double sinks. Kitchen had everything except steak knives which would be a nice addition. So glad we choose to stay together in a villa and not separate hotel rooms. We really enjoyed our Maui vacation. Lots of memories.

Dream vacation

Our family gathered to celebrate my 70th birthday in the beautiful villa. The space was perfect for us all to spread out and relax. We could see whales from the balcony every day with our binoculars and sunsets were beautiful. Could not have been better in my dreams.

Perfect Floorplan

All the comforts of home, in a beautiful setting with a view. We loved the split floor plan with king bed rooms on separate floors. Great living room with big sofa everyone could lounge on, convenient to all of Wailea and quick trips to Kihei.

We loved everything about this property! Very spacious and very clean. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with any kitchen utensil that we could want. The management company was very easy to work with. The pool was every bit as good as any resort pool, and the grounds very nicely kept. We would definitely recommend!

Relaxation in Paradise

It was a very heartfelt visit to our beloved Maui following the devasting fires on the Island. In hindsight, we are so happy that we kept all of our plans. My Partner and Dearest Friends hold close to heart so many cherished times on the Island. These trips are not only based on the beautiful surroundings, but also, and more importantly, the beautiful people. It was bittersweet arriving in Paradise for vacation, knowing that so many have suffered such devastating losses. However, coming from the hospitality industry, each of us know how important this revenue stream is to any destination. Our comrades in arms rely on tourism dollars to rebuild lives and livelihoods. In that spirit, we were welcomed and embraced. The home was immaculate, well-appointed and professionally supported by a team eager to assist with our needs. Absolute gem in Wailea

Thanks for a wonderful stay. Your villa is so lovely and every thoughtful touch and supply was provided for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal for dining and enjoying the beach and shopping. We so appreciated the beach towels and chairs and coolers to enjoy our time outdoors. The pool and fitness center were great as well as the ease of access to the beach and the Grand Wailea. We also loved how well maintained the condo was. My only complaint is I wish we could have stayed longer!

Better than the photos!

Our family thoroughly our stay at Ho’olei. The location of this unit was perfect in upscale Wailea for walking to the beach, shops, pool & gym but thankfully up high enough for gorgeous sunset views and far from the road so was very quiet. 17-1 was beautifully decorated with high end furnishings, very comfortable mattresses and linens. It has central air with zones so that we could have the pocket doors wide open and lots of ceiling fans kept things cool on hot days. The kitchen, bathrooms & laundry were very well equipped. We were so glad to find beach chairs, umbrellas and lots of big beach towels. There were even sand toys. We especially loved the large open living/dining/kitchen area that opened up to the large lanai with comfortable seating, dining, BBQ & fridge. All the furniture was very comfortable with various roomy spaces to relax for the whole family. The large swimming pool/2 hot tubs/sauna complex was never busy and we never had any trouble finding 6 lounge chairs together for our group. Every bedroom had an ensuite and there was also a powder room. Note that it is a 2 level home so there are stairs but we enjoyed that it was an end unit with lots of windows. Felicity was incredibly helpful and responded very quickly to answer any questions we had. We hope to be back and would highly recommend anyone staying here!

Stunning sunsets

Exceptional property with all the comforts of a home. There was plenty of space for 5, a beautiful view of sunsets over the water from the deck, lots of kitchen wares - plus an outdoor grill. Its close proximity to restaurants and shopping was a 10-15min walk or a 3 min drive. Pool and hot tub area were fun for all ages. Highly recommend.
