Nous avons choisi Nani Kai Hale en raison de son emplacement fantastique en bord de mer directement sur Sugar Beach. Sugar Beach 3 est une belle plage de sable blanc qui est populaire pour la natation, la plongée en apnée et le boogie board.

L'unité a été complÚtement rénovée de haut en bas en octobre 2019. Des électroménagers en acier inoxydable, la climatisation, des comptoirs en quartz et une télévision de 55 pouces sont quelques-uns des équipements dont vous pourrez profiter pendant votre séjour.

L'unité est au 4Úme étage avec ascenseur et est à quelques pas de la plage. Situé dans le nord de Kihei qui possÚde de nombreux magasins et restaurants. Profitez de magnifiques couchers de soleil et d'une vue sur l'océan depuis votre véranda couverte privée.

Le condo Ă©tait propre et possĂšde de belles commoditĂ©s frigo avec eau et glace ! La situation gĂ©ographique Ă  Khie est bien situĂ© pour les restaurants la route de Hanna les plages . L’hĂŽte Ă©tait rapide pour rĂ©pondre Ă  nos questions! Nous avions aussi une glaciĂšre des chaises de plages et planche pour la plage trĂšs agrĂ©able! J’y retournerai

We loved our stay at this condo! It’s beautifully remodeled and well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. It was very nice to have the clean laundry room services with multiple machines on our floor. We washed clothes during our 10 day stay and took our clothes home clean. It was very convenient to have the complimentary parking right across from the elevator. We also appreciated the two bathrooms and extra refrigerator. The ice machine produced a lot of ice cubes, which is not very common in Hawaii.We enjoyed the awesome ocean view from the balcony and also from window of the high dining table.The beach is just north of Sugar Beach. Offering miles of amazing beaches to enjoy long walks, as well as the complimentary Tommy Bahama beach chairs and Bougie boards, It’s conveniently close to the main part of Kīhie’s restaurants and stores, but far enough away from the many people. Our host.Josh was a very good communicator and prompt with his replies. We really appreciated the reasonable charge for a late check out, as our plane wasn’t departing until 10pm. Thank you for an amazing vacation in your condo! We hope to return soon. Mahalo!!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The place was clean, spacious and well stocked with basic items you need to cook a meal. Also had beach chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, and cooler!

Newly remodeled unit in older building on the beach. Friendly neighbors. Unit offers beach chairs, boards, Towels, umbrellas. Nice touch. Wish we had time to enjoy the area more and ice chest

Mother Daughter Trip

Nice condo! Would stay at again w/minor tweaks. Couch has got to go&housekeeping should space + time between checkout. Otherwise, we loved the updated look, central location to beaches, Paia, Road to Hana & airport. We appreciated reminder emails about check in. Having two full bathrooms&kitchens was great option for my daughter&I getting ready. Pros: Great check-in info&follow up; Clear communication on fridge for parking & check out Interior updated, modern & nice decor Multiple boogie boards & Beach chairs huge plus Nice kitchens with full size fridge, with filtered in door & ice Very comfortable bed&luxury bedding Beautiful beach area&picnic tables Walk to Ululani's Shave Ice&Sugar Beach Bake Shop Cons Slightly rougher area than expected All 4 car wheels stolen at adjacent condo bldg night we stayed Patio door sticks Underpowered A/C window units never got below 73 altho set to 60’s Very uncomfortable couch to sit/sleep on; Couch needs good clean: spilled water&blotted towels were brown Housekeeping showed up 15 min before check out at 10:45-didn't knock-just walked in Came back few min after 11am to get last 2 bags after taking out trash & code didn’t work-luckily housekeeping let us in Ceiling fan in the bedroom has light, but remote missing: Choose either fan on/no sleep w/light or no fan to sleep Thanks!! We left ice packs for coolers and beach towels to share with visitors. If you visit, there’s some cute kitties in lot that appreciate treats

Review

This condo was updated and clean. The only issue we had with this place was that the towels provided had a smell of humidity and we had to wash them prior to using them. The unit is the last unit away from the beach, so you get a partial ocean view. There was plenty of parking throughout our stay. Access to the beach was quick and awesome. The grounds and pool were always clean.

The perfect place to stay

I don't usually write reviews but this property and company was exceptional! The check in/out instructions were very detailed and clear. The property was updated, decorated tastefully, well maintained and squeaky clean. The neighborhood was private, quiet and close to everything. The beds were comfortable and the linens and pillows were clean. There were so many thoughtful details such as extra blankets and pillows,the pantry is stock with cooking essential,beach chairs the list is endless! The living room was quite spacious for just the three of us and the window/balcony views are Amazing .Thank you for making our vacation spectacular! We will definitely be back to stay again in the future"

Perfect location

Overall extremely happy with our stay here! Our only issue was with cleanliness of the unit, it appears to only receive a 'surface' cleaning of the kitchen and floors but was manageable. The bed was comfortable overall but everyone's definitions are different, I found it a bit soft and lumpy but my partner slept like a baby. The 2 bathrooms and A/C in both rooms worked perfectly for our needs. We had a minor issue with TV remotes a few days in but Josh was very responsive and helpful! Note that this unit is an end unit closest to the roads and intersection so a bit noisy on the lanai but the views of both the ocean and Haleakala made up for it (in our opinion)!

Has everything you need

Location was safe , super quiet , it’s convenient as far as it being right on the beach & right off the freeway.Gps is kinda thrown off when finding this location because it’s in between other condos and they just blend in together so if I didn’t look at the google images before traveling it would of been hard to locate especially at night it gets real dark so you definitely need a rental can’t walk anywhere. I learned that the hard way . I brung beach towels& blankets but the place had everything else for a nice beach day . The place came with boogie boards , beach blankets , umbrella , cooler , 2 showers . I thought it was also nice how the bedroom had a mini fridge and microwave as well as in the kitchen so if u had someone sleeping in living room and you crave a late night snack you won’t have to walk to far and wake anyone . Directions were confusing finding the unit a bit but the host always responded fairly quick so once I was in I had no issues the rest of the stay and I’ll definitely be staying here again when I return to Maui I definitely needed longer time . Check out the big beach so beautiful and sugar beach behind the property is perfect and romantic for a late night grill .

Great Location

The location of the Condo was great, center to everything. The outdoor space was very well maintained and relaxing. Check in was easy and keycode access made it nice to not have to carry around keys. The beds were comfortable, but linens for pull-put couch could have been nicer. The A/C in the bedroom was very noisy but efficient. The one in the living room was struggling to keep the area cool. We had an issue with some cleanliness when we checked in but they came by within two hours to fix the issue, which we very much appreciated. Overall I would recommend!

The location is right on the beach and is very close to everything in Kihei next to the highway with quick access to other parts of the island. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Josh is a great host, which made for an easy and relaxing stay

Amazing Location

My wife and I really enjoyed this unit. The building is on the ocean and the view from the living room and lanai is fantastic. Unit was clean and comfortable. Parking was free and easy. Laundry service on the floor was easy to use and helpful given our extended stay. Really had no problem just relaxing either by the pool or kn the beach. Would certainly stay in this unit again.

Very easy to check in. Last person staying must have cooked fish a lot because it did smell of fish. Texted Josh and he had it re cleaned immediately. Recommend staying here!
