Cute Kihei Akahi Studio - Recently Renovated and Close to Beaches

Aloha! Our recently renovated studio is located within the very desirable Kihei Akahi Condominiums.

The studio is located in the 'C" Building on the 5th floor, and was renovated in March 2018.

You will find new floors throughout the unit, granite countertops in the kitchen along with brand new stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked with every cooking convenience you could imagine. The furniture and art work have been upgraded to give the unit a warm tropical ambiance.

Premium bedding is provided to ensure a restful night's sleep.

Air conditioning and a quiet ceiling fan are available for your comfort.

A lovely patio set sits on your private patio , which overlooks the property's garden areas a well as Mount Haleakala in the distance.

A washer and dryer is available for your convenience.

We also provide 2 beach chairs, an umbrella, beach towels and a cooler for when you choose to head to the beach and/or explore beautiful Maui.

Bath & Kitchen Towels are also provided.

The unit is equipped with TV, DVD player, Free WiFi, Basic Cable Service & Telephone (For local or emergency calls only)

Parking is on site and a dedicated parking stall goes with the unit.

Kihei Akahi Condominiums is located in the heart of South Maui, directly across the street from Kamaole 2 beach, and within an easy walk to the Kamaole 1 and 3 beaches. All three of these lovely beaches offer soft sand, beautiful turquoise water, lifeguards, restrooms and showers for your convenience. Kihei Akahi is also within walking distance of many shops, bars and restaurants: Subway, Coconuts and Cafe O' Lei to name a few. There are also several convenience stores close by.

Larger grocery stores like Foodland and Safeway are in the main part of Kihei town, about 5-10minutes away by car. The Airport and Costco are about 10 miles from Kihei.

The Kihei Akahi Condominiums offers 2 separate swimming pools, tennis courts and BBQ facilities. You will find that the property is immaculately maintained and the surrounding gardens are quite lovely, offering a variety of tropical plants and flowers.
