The sunny beaches, businesses and restaurants in most areas of Maui are open, including our wonderful area of Kihei and Wailea. We are an hours drive away from the historic town of Lahaina where roads are currently closed for rebuilding.

This beautifully re-designed Maui modern luxury central A/C condo is fully equipped and furnished with every convenience and comfort. The kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom was entirely renovated with new flooring, LED lighting, modern furniture, comfortable California King bed and pillows, 55 inch smart TV, new WiFi high-speed modem and bedroom router and Sonos sound system.

Foodies will love the granite slab kitchen countertops with built-in glass electric stovetop so that the chef can cook with a view; new top of the line stainless steel appliances, cookware, griddle and of course, spices. Active sports-beach-sightseeing vacationers will love the supplied beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, beach cooler, ice packs, snorkel & fin sets and boogie boards as well as the extremely convenient central location, on-site restaurant Dina's Sandwitch and activities concierge right next to the Front Office and check-in desk. The Sugar Beach condo property is one of the only ocean-front condo resorts with central A/C powered in-part by solar panels, in-unit washer-dryer and a large hot-tub spa. Our co-host, Tobie, is on-site daily and reachable 24/7 to ensure that everything is perfect for your stay.

Many guests rave about the heated pool, large hot tub, sauna, covered poolside eating area and how much fun it is to discuss their day's activities and exchange restaurant tips at the outdoor grill area. There's massage, private yoga sessions available for a fee on-site as well as free hula lessons and Thursday coffee/donuts by the pool offered by the activities concierge.

Be sure to take the short and pleasant beachwalk to the canoe-club, ABC grocery/liquor/sundries store and Sugar Beach Bakery (fresh donut-like malasadas, pies and coffee starting at 6am). For those with a car, there's free covered parking two flights of stairs down or elevated open parking one flight of stairs down from our third floor condo. The elevators are in the center of the building close to the pool area with shopping carts available for transporting groceries. It's about a 5 minute drive to Maalea, the Marina and the Aquarium, 15 minutes or less to Whole Foods, Costco, Safeway, airport and many other Kihei and Wailea beaches and restaurants. There's fast highway access to Wailea golf courses as well as to sightseeing and shopping in Wailuku, Paia, Makawao and upcountry.
