Votre groupe de 4 Ă  6 personnes profitera des couchers de soleil tous les soirs depuis la grande vĂ©randa de cette unitĂ© Ă  2 lits et 1 salle de bain. AffiliĂ© Ă  Leina’ala Condominiums, ce logement offre un accĂšs Ă  la piscine commune, aux courts de tennis et Ă  l’espace barbecue. Sans oublier, la plage est votre cour avant pour les journĂ©es ensoleillĂ©es sans soleil. CroisiĂšre de 15 minutes sur la cĂŽte pour atteindre le coeur de Wailea pour plus d'excursions en bord de mer et de restaurants.

Facilité de vie sur l'ßle sur la véranda de ce condo en bord de mer. Vous pourrez voir les couchers de soleil sur Maui, la piscine communautaire et le terrain bien entretenu à la perfection!

À l’intĂ©rieur, vous trouverez des meubles de style tropical. Le salon est Ă©quipĂ© d'une tĂ©lĂ©vision par cĂąble Ă  Ă©cran plat et d'un bureau temporaire pour les tĂąches de derniĂšre minute.

Le plan d'étage ouvert, il est facile de se promener dans la cuisine entiÚrement équipée offrant un grand comptoir pour la préparation des aliments. Servez vos plateaux-collations ou vos repas de 3 plats sur la table en verre pour 4 personnes.

Si les feuilles de palmier balancées commencent à vous endormir, allez vous coucher dans l'une des 2 chambres à coucher. Il y a aussi un canapé-lit queen dans le salon pour des logements supplémentaires. Chaque chambre est équipée d'une literie confortable, de draps et de taies d'oreiller propres. Des serviettes sont fournies à la fois pour la salle de bain (récemment rénovée) et pour la cuisine.

The place is exactly as shown in the pictures. However, please be aware the Air Condition wall unit in the living room can only cool off the living room and the kitchen area. There are only fans in the two bedrooms so both rooms were warm all day and night when we were there for 3 nights in Aug so making it very difficult to sleep. Communication came from multiple hosts and not via VBro messenger like my previous rental in Tampa. Poor, slow and general responses from multiple hosts (Guest contact and Homeowner depending on need). It took more than 24 hours and multiple follow ups to get door access code. When asked about early check-in, the responses was “can't respond until check-in day” after multiple follow-ups. As expected, no one contacted me about early check-in on “check-in” day. However, someone emailed me and even called me if I want to extend by checkout time by 4 hours for additional 50 tax on my last day. I will not rent this place again.

Beautiful family vacation

Our family of four, with two teens, enjoyed this condo immensely. It was a lovely home base from which we explored the island. The lanai and its views were really the highlights. Our rental car was needed to get to grocery store and the larger beaches. Sunsets are magical from this condo. We did not use the a/c at all, and relied on the cross ventilation when we opened all the windows to keep us cool and comfortable. We would love to come back!

Perfect getaway

We enjoyed the view, loved the pool and appreciated the convenient location. The property is fully equipped;we brought food and that was all we needed. Will recommend this property to family and friends and hope to stay here next time we visit Maui.

Outdated but pleasant and nice. Great ocean front view.

The view from the lanai is fabulous (ocean front). The cleanliness was satisfactory, there were 3-4 dirty towels upon arrival. The location was ideal for our family. The unit (305) is outdated other than the updated/modern bathroom. There are some mechanical issues with windows and blinds. Not all of the blinds can be moved up or down, two of them were entirely broken (both bedrooms). With that being said we would stay in this unit again as well as at this property.

Great location and view, needs updates.

We enjoyed our stay in this Leina’ala condo. The condo was stocked with plenty of bedding, towels, cook ware, and even beach supplies like child-sized boogie boards, sand toys, chairs, an umbrella, etc. We loved the view off the lanai and walking across the park to the beach was perfect. The hose at the front of the condo building was great to wash off sand instead of bringing it into the condo. The bathroom has been renovated and it would be nice to see the same in the kitchen, which is dated. The condo does get warm in the afternoon especially the back bedroom. The large floor fans and the strategic windows were essential in keeping the condo cooled, but some updated windows might help as some were impossible to open or felt fragile. The living room furniture and bedroom mattresses have seen a lot of use but served their purpose. Overall, we loved the location and the view of this condo and our children had a wonderful first trip to Maui!

Beautiful Views and a relaxing place for the Family

This property is wonderful for a family with the 2nd bedroom. The Lanai has a wonderful view of the ocean and the green space that separates the residences from the beach. Short drive to town, and the pool, although small, was perfect for the kids.

The place was quite and sat back from the road. The sunsets here are amazing. Each night sitting out on the lanai and sipping on a cocktail was a great experience. The park in the back is really nice for walks and activities and the beaches are nice. Great shower! Elevator and stairs to get up and down easy. Only complaint might be the furnishings aren't very comfortable and some throw pillows in the living room would make it a little more cozy. TVs are small.

Overall, would stay here again.

Let me start by saying we really enjoyed our stay here. The onsite property managers, Paula and Bob, are wonderful and very friendly. The locals who visit the dog park between the condo and the ocean welcome you like ohana. The view is beautiful - I do miss that sunset and watching the people gather every night like everyday is the Fourth of July. The condo unit, itself, is sufficient. It is very dated and could use some renovations for sure. It does NOT, I repeat DOES NOT have central air. The unit in the living room cools majority of the unit but does not reach the bedroom near the entrance. The second bedroom gets very warm, in fact we moved the kids into the main living space after our first night. I feel like I paid for a two bedroom for no reason. The living room furniture is old and very uncomfortable. The kitchen is stocked well and we found beach chairs and an umbrella in the second bedroom closet the day before we left. I asked the online property management company before booking if there was good snorkeling at the beach in front of the condo and feel as though I was misled. This beach is not really sandy. It is rocky and not suitable for snorkeling. It is a hot spot for kite surfers, though, which is very fun to watch. I know it sounds like I am a negative Nelly, but even with all these negatives, we would stay at Leina'ala Condos again. If I had an option I may choose a different unit though.

Our 7th year returning to this Condo.

This has come to feel like a second home after our annual stays. The bathroom upgrade was a great surprise! It was really nicely done. We hoping for new lanai cushions next year.

95% wonderful, I prefer to discuss the great view, location and information provided when we needed it. One of the best sunsets I have ever seen outside of South Dakota. Balcony over looked a very nice park used by dog lovers, walker, joggers, yoga or single fitness people. Super easy access to the beach, great beach. Whales put on a great show while we eat breakfast and had our coffee Things to know: may need to resupply minor items like, paper towels, toilet paper. We washed the towels as needed. Washing on property not in room. but had app to pay for laundry as needs. If not going to use app bring rolls of quarters. Highly recommend if want to have area to relax.

Great Location - Beautiful Sunsets!

Perfect Location in Kihei right next to the Maui Sunset. Nice Amenities, very accommodating. Only thing I would say is that it is not "NEW" and if you are going to want to sleep more than 4, The pullout couch is not very comfortable at all. There also is a problem with only 1 small bathroom with more people. I would say this is a perfect space for 4 unless they switch out the pullout couch. Great deck to drink your morning coffee, listen to the birds wake-up and watch the sunsets!
