This expansive 6-bedroom, 6-bathroom Penthouse Duplex, which includes Penthouse I and Penthouse II, offers refined island living with generous space for entertaining and relaxation. The open-concept living area features two fully equipped gourmet kitchens, thoughtfully stocked with everything needed to prepare exceptional meals. Each penthouse includes a private lanai furnished with a bespoke concrete table for four, showcasing sweeping views of the manicured grounds, the Pacific Ocean, and the distant West Maui Mountains.
The Space:
A deep, comfortable sofa and armchair, paired with a wall-mounted smart LCD TV, create an inviting entertainment space. Designer lighting casts a warm, modern glow throughout, while central air-conditioning keeps the home cool and comfortable.
The two primary master suites feature king-size beds, air-conditioning, and stunning ocean views. Step onto the private lanais to enjoy the fresh island air while watching surfers ride the waves at Cove Beach Park. Thoughtfully designed roof overhangs provide the perfect balance of shade and sunshine. Each spa-inspired master bathroom is fully tiled from floor to ceiling and highlights a walk-in, glass-walled shower, stone countertops, and elegant designer lighting.
The two upstairs guest suites offer a queen bed, comfortable seating area, and a private full bathroom. High-set windows allow in soft natural light while maintaining excellent privacy. Each ensuite bath features a glass-walled walk-in shower, stone-topped vanity, and designer finishes. Air-conditioning ensures comfort throughout the day and night.
The two downstairs suites, also air-conditioned, each comfortably accommodates two adults in a king-size bed. A large garden-view window fills the room with natural light, while privacy shades allow for restful, uninterrupted sleep. The ensuite bathroom is fully tiled and includes stone countertops and a glass-walled walk-in shower, matching the homeâs cohesive, upscale design.

Guests have exclusive use of Penthouse I and Penthouse II, including six private bedrooms, six bathrooms, two kitchens, two living areas, and two lanais.
Guests can enjoy the shared swimming pool, two communal gas BBQ grills, and a complimentary washer and dryer are located on the property.
Four beach chairs, two boogie boards, a beach umbrella, and a cooler are provided for your sun-filled days at the beach for each unit.
The Neighborhood:
Villas by the Cove is located 25 feet from The Cove Beach Park, where guests can mingle with locals, take surf lessons, or body surf in The Cove's consistent small waves. Charley Young Beach, a long stretch of white sand ideal for beach walks and swimming, is another local favorite that's located at the end of the street, about a one-minute walk from the property front gate.
Getting Around:
For the active and adventurous traveler, our prime location offers easy access to sunbathing, swimming, surfing, snorkeling, diving, stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, and whale watching. Also, a golfer's paradise with nearby world-class golf clubs less than 10 minutes away in Wailea and Makena. Restaurants, shops, nightlife, cafes, farmerâs markets, and Kalama Park are within a 5-10 minute walk from Villas By The Cove.
