Maison de plage de 4 chambres avec vue sur l'océan, piscine, jacuzzi et 8 couchages

Hale Lanui est situé en face de l'océan et offre une vue imprenable sur l'océan et les couchers de soleil. Cette maison de 2700 SF sur deux étages est située dans une rue résidentielle et dispose d'une piscine (beaucoup de serviettes de plage) et d'un jacuzzi pour un plaisir total. Il y a des espaces extérieurs pour profiter du soleil ou de l'ombre.

Il y a 4 chambres avec lits king-size en deux (une chambre à l'étage et une chambre au rez-de-chaussée), deux chambres ont de longs jumeaux qui peuvent être constitués en rois si vous le souhaitez. Il y a un canapé-lit queen qui fournira une literie supplémentaire si nécessaire. Nous avons également un canapé-lit queen dans la salle de jeux.

3 grandes salles de bain, deux à l'étage et une en bas, grande cuisine ouverte avec beaucoup d'ustensiles de cuisine, vaisselle et appareils électroménagers. Réfrigérateur Sub Zero dans la cuisine et un réfrigérateur supplémentaire dans la salle de boue / piscine. Il y a deux laveuses, une sécheuse, une corde à linge et la salle à manger extérieure peut accueillir 12 personnes bien. Les transats sont au bord de la piscine et également sur le pont supérieur pour votre plaisir.

TV écran plat dans le salon et une dans la salle de jeux à l'étage. A / C dans chaque chambre et ventilateurs de plafond partout. Un service de femme de chambre est assuré avant et après votre séjour. Les appels locaux et interurbains aux États-Unis et au Canada sont gratuits. Il y a un coffre-fort situé à chaque niveau de la maison pour y placer des objets de valeur et la maison dispose d'un système de sécurité. Une connexion WiFi par câble sécurisée est fournie.

Hale Lanui est situé à 5 minutes d'une plage de sable, à 5 minutes à pied de Starbucks et à 10 minutes à pied de l'épicerie Foodland. Un merveilleux marché fermier avec des produits frais est situé à 2 pâtés de maisons de la bibliothèque est à distance de marche également.

Le responsable sur place vit dans la petite maison dans la rue et vous accueille à votre arrivée pour partager avec vous toutes les commodités et fonctionnalités de Hale Lanui et est disponible pendant votre séjour, si nécessaire.

Tous les produits de nettoyage, savons, détergents à lessive et produits en papier sont fournis. L'armoire à épices est très complète si vous aimez cuisiner.

South Maui, la zone où se trouve Hale Lanui a le golf, le tennis (courts publics à côté du parc Kalama), l'observation des baleines, en saison, les sports nautiques et la marche.

Wonderful property

Well appointed and fantastic location. Wonderful sunsets and loved watching all the goings on in the park next door. The private pool was like our own little oasis. Would definitely recommend to any group going to Maui.

Family vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this Kihei VRBO. The home was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of bedding, towels and the kitchen was fully equipped. Water pressure and temperature were good. There is a covered patio area downstairs, just off the kitchen and an open lanai upstairs. The family / game room upstairs has a pool table and a variety of games, books and puzzles. The home is situated at the edge of a park with a view of the ocean. We enjoyed the daily traffic of walkers, runners, cyclists and soccer players in the park. Our entire family was comfortable here: four adult couples and a toddler. Be aware there is a pool and a spiral staircase to be attentive to with small children. There are several food and shopping options within walking distance. The onsite property manager is located a next door. She was readily available and helpful, but never intrusive. We all agreed the house is even better than the photos. We would gladly rent this home again.

Good Family Rental

This house is the most well-stocked of any we have ever rented. The setting is on a lightly used park that is on the ocean. We saw many whales in early January. It’s convenient to Kihei but just far enough away to be out of the bustle. The property manager was excellent and quickly responded to our needs. The immediate beach is rocky but sandy a little to the south. Overall- spectacular!

This home and property was amazing!!! Our kids absolutely loved the pool and everyone enjoyed the pool table. Being next to the park was perfect for the kids. They were able to play football at the same time just being right next to the ocean. We were able to watch the sunset every evening. We couldn’t have asked for a more enjoyable vacation!!!

We stayed at this beach front property with a large family group- it was great. The location was amazing- we spent most of the time in the large balcony just outside the kitchen-enjoying a wonderful view of the ocean, gorgeous sunsets. The house had ample space for 9 people in our group and the kitchen was wonderful-fully stocked with utensils and cutlery. The pool was great- the kids enjoyed it a lot. The beds were comfortable. Proximity to tennis courts and the park next to the house- all added to options for the kids to have a good time. Overall- we had a good stay.

We had 7 adults staying at the property. The house had beautiful, well maintained grounds and the location was very close to cafes, shops and the beach. Heaven on Earth

This house and location were very close to heaven! We were a family group of 7 with one 3 year old. Everyone was comfortable and happy. The location is incredible with a big beautiful park just next door and the ocean a few feet away. The manager lives next door and was johnny on the spot when we needed some help. We will definitely choose this house on our next visit.

Overall great property, with amazing view & we saw turtles daily. The home was clean with beautiful artwork but could use some TLC and furniture updates. The park next door was concerning in the evening due to homeless that appear to live there. Nothing happened but something we did not expect that on a dream vacation to Maui.

Perfect Location Made Perfect Family Vacation

Beautiful, spacious home adjoining a park, overlooking the ocean and a 5 minute walk to restaurants, bars, groceries and tons of activities. Breathtaking sunsets, private pool, hot tub, and the best equipped rental we’ve ever had. We charcoaled by the pool or cooked daily in the beautiful kitchen. Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, tennis rackets, poker chips. a pool table - our group, ages 17-71, we’re always entertained. We booked snorkeling, rented bikes, enjoyed zip lining and several beaches and had the vacation of a lifetime! Highly recommend this home!!

No need to look for another property in Maui!

Great property in a great location. Plenty of space for our extended family of 6. Used the swimming pool and hot tub numerous times during the week, and the pool table during quiet periods. Ate meals on the front porch and greeted those walking past, with a few commenting on how they would love to stay at the property. We also got to see pedal bikers passing by in the evening with an LED light show and music. As others have mentioned park users leave their cars at the end of the driveway on the road but it never restricted us from getting in or out. Large grocery store and a number of restaurants are no more than a 1 min drive / 5 min walk away. Easy to stretch out your legs with a walk along the boardwalk or passing a ball around the park grounds, which are right outside the front door.

Great experience!!

My family and I had a wonderful week in Maui at this beautiful house! We loved having a space we could all relax at that didn’t require us to go somewhere else like we would have if we’d stayed in hotel rooms. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals, the patio had a wonderful view, and we loved playing pool together upstairs! Jessica was wonderful and answered all our questions. The only two minor complaints we had was that there were quite a few ants in the kitchen, which was mostly taken care of with bug spray and that there were often cars parked at the end of the driveway in a no park zone. That latter cannot be controlled by owners of the property though. It’s a beautiful spot and lots of people wanted to walk along the coast, watch the sunset, or play pick up games in the space right next to the house. We had such a great time!! Thank you!!

Peaceful Retreat

Our stay at this incredible house in Kihei far exceeded expectations. The location was perfect - centrally located on the island and within east walking distance of grocery stores and restaurants. The view from the deck is gorgeous. The house had everything we needed and plenty of space. I highly recommend this property and would rent again if I ever have the opportunity to return to Maui.

Fabulous Family Trip

A truly great homebase for any family looking to enjoy all Maui has to offer while still making room in their stay for lots of down-time. We truly enjoyed our lazy days hanging out on the ocean- and park-view lanai, as well as the pool and hot tub. We also appreciated the central location, which made it our daytrips out to Lahaina, South Maui, and Hana easy. The on-site caretaker Jessica was also a gem, helping us quickly when we managed to lock ourselves out of a bathroom! A truly fantastic place to stay on Maui.

This property was amazing. Large enough to host two families for the perfect vacation together. Great house but dangerous neighborhood

Our family vacation to Maui was ruined by a vicious assault on our adult children and their boyfriends/girlfriends. They were out celebrating a birthday across the street from the rental house at a bar in the Triangle area and when they left were viciously assaulted by a local who targets tourists. We had no idea how dangerous this place was, but afterward we did some Google searches on crimes in Kihei and talked to the bartenders and others in the Triangle, plus the property manager and sure enough these types of crimes are becoming common there. This is something you might expect to happen in Mexico but not in Maui. There were also multiple homeless people sleeping in the park about 20 yards from the master bedroom. The house is great, but we feel that someone needs to warn guests about the dangerous neighborhood because we were not told anything in advance.
