These beautifully refreshed 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom apartments are your perfect home base for a seamless, stress-free family getaway.

‱ The listing is for two separate condos within a hotel-style timeshare-style apartment complex and similar to a hotel, the exact unit is assigned at check-in.

‱ There are multiple buildings in this apartment complex. We make requests to the front desk staff to assign the units close to each other, but we cannot guarantee that they will be next to each other or on the same floor or in the same building because it depends on what is available for your reservation time frame. In the worst case, you will have units in different buildings that are up to 500 feet apart.

Other things to note:
- The guests who books the stay must be 21 years of age, physically present at the time of check-in, and present a photo ID/credit card for a $250 refundable deposit at check-in per unit. If the guest plans to arrive later than the other guests, the reservation should be made by the guest who will be arriving first.
- Since two units are assigned, two guest names are required - one per unit. If the main guest plans to arrive later, the reservation should be under the name of the guest arriving first, with the secondary guest listed as well.
- The apartment are located in a timeshare complex, and the pictures are from a typical unit, and the exact units are assigned at check-in. The exact view and layout may vary depending on the unit assigned. All the units are under common management and have similar furnishings, decor, and layout.
- Infants and children are counted towards maximum occupancy.
- Stairs may be required as not all units are on the ground floor or have elevator access.
- This is a timeshare property, and guests are NOT obligated to participate in any timeshare presentation. Attending a presentation is entirely optional, and should a salesperson approach you to attend one, we recommend you decline their invitation.
- We share this island with critters. While we treat the apartment monthly for pest control, you may occasionally see a roach or a gecko. These are harmless and do not entitle guests to refunds, but please let us know if you see more than one so we can call our technician. If coming across a critter will cause you to feel stress, unmanageable fear or cause you to empty the property, we suggest you do not book our property or another property on the Hawaiian Islands.

Nice 3 Bedroom in Kihei

This was a family vacation to celebrate both of my adult children graduating from college. This was a nice (but older) resort. The rooms were in good shape and the location was perfect for visiting south Maui. Only complaint were issues at resort with WiFi, was down, but management company contacted and had problems fixed quickly. We also had several days without local stations on the TV, the resort was working with provider daily to try and get fixed (impacting everyone, but who’s in Hawaii to watch TV). One other minor issue was the A/C was loud and turned off and on in the Master Bedroom frequently, determined just the way it worked. Would stay here again.

Great location, older but affordable clean apartment

Our family of five was very lucky to find this listing after another one canceled on us less than a week before our trip. Maui is not a cheap place to vacation and this listing is one of the best values I found. Sidharth was very responsive to my questions and checked in to make sure everything was fine. The apartment was lovely—clean and nicely decorated, and the kitchen has all the basic essentials needed to prepare meals. It's on the older side, but it was clean and a great home base for the various attractions in Maui. I particularly recommend beaches on the South side like Makaha Beach and Big Beach. One great unique feature was the Murphy bed. Having a real mattress is much better than a sofa bed. I’ve looked at many (probably a couple hundred) listings in places all over and I’ve never seen one with a Murphy bed before. The location of this apartment is also great—less than a block to a very pretty beach. I highly recommend Sidharth’s property!

Well-kept and as advertised

This place is great for families with young children and walkable (3 mins) to Kamaole Beach. The is a pool area with 2 pools (one kid's pool that's only 2 ft deep) and a hot tub. It is very well maintained and the staff is very friendly. The unit is exactly as shown in the listing. It is not brand new, the carpet is worn and the furniture shows signs of age, but everything was clean and in working order. The A/C worked and the bathroom and kitchen were clean, and had the amenities we needed. The location of this property is unbeatable. It is a short drive (can walk too but with young kids it's difficult) to places to eat like Kihei Caffe (which becomes Ohana Seafood Bar & Grill in the evening), Java Cafe, the beautiful food truck place which has Sweet Hula, Ramen, Thai Mee Up, etc. The grocery store, Foodlands, is also an additional block away. Best yet, there are 3 food trucks right outside this property almost daily (Thai food, Korean food and Shaved Ice). There is plenty of parking. Plus the ultra fancy resorts/restaurants/beaches of Wailea are close by, as are the lava fields. Hosts were very responsive and courteous - would definitely stay with them again and you should too!

Affordable and simple condo with good location across the street from a nice beach

Since this place doesn't have a review, I wanted to leave a detailed review for future guests. Pros: - just across the street from a nice beach with beautiful sunsets. - Kihei is a great location for your Maui adventures. I stayed a few nights in Lahaina and it is far from some of the the attractions. - price was great. For a price of a mid-range hotel room, we got a full condo with kitchen. - this is a fully staffed property so if you need anything, you make a call to the front desk from your unit, and they bring it out to you. We got replacement towels, and more coffee. - there are many stores and restaurants within walking distance Cons: - it's a timeshare, so the décor is generic and it feels impersonal - the condo is dated but I was told it will be renovated sometime this year - no oil or condiments were provided. Only small packets of spices/salt/pepper. Make sure you buy everything you need to prepare food. But grocery stores are not far away. - no boogie board, or beach chairs (that we got complimentary at the other place in Lahaina) - Wi-Fi worked but it was not ultra fast. So if you are looking for an affordable place to sleep and you will be out and about doing adventures in Maui during the day, this place fits the bill. If you need a resort-you-never-have-to-leave, this is not the place. I will stay here again after the renovation.

Good communication, value stay in Maui

The 3br apt is huge and clean with fully stocked kitchen. It was not fancy by any means but everything was clean and functional. It's hard to find places with three bedrooms in Maui at this price. The property has 24 hours front desk and they were there to meet all our needs, from fresh towels to more soap and shampoo. The pool was warm and never crowded. There were always available free cabanas, tables or lounge chairs. There is also kids pool and large spa, which was really nice in the later evenings, when it gets a little chilly. The best is the location - the property is across the street from the beach. There were always two food trucks next to the property and across the street there is a gas station and well stock ABC store (from food and drinks to souvenirs). In both directions in a walking distance there are also more shops and restaurants. You don't really need a car, unless you want to explore the other parts of the island. Another thing to note is that they were not flexible on the check-in and check-out times. Our flight arrived early in the day and it would have been nice to get access to the condo quicker so the kids could take a nap. They did not give us access to the unit until around 3:30 PM. However, they gave us keys to use the bathrooms in the pool area. The cleaning person was at our door at 10 AM, and we need a little longer to pack everything with two young kids.
