Once you enter the villa, you will find a renovated kitchen; a dining area that comfortably seats 4 people; and a living room with spacious seating, terrific views of Night Heron Park and access to the covered and screened porches. Washing machine and dryer are located in the closet in the kitchen. Off-street parking on the parking lot for up to 2 cars is included in the rental rate.
