Steps to Kiawah's famous beaches

This adorable 2nd floor villa is located in the popular community of Mariners Watch (#4275). This is a great location, its just across the parking area from beach access, right across the street from Night Heron Park (playground, kids activities, nature center, basketball and soccer facilities), and just a few blocks away from The Sanctuary hotel (great restaurants, shopping, and spa!). There is a comfortable eat in, fully equipped kitchen. Just off the cozy living room is the screened in porch, the perfect spot to relax after a day on the beach or golf course. The large master bedroom has a king sized bed (Saatva motion mattress with massage feature!) and renovated bath. The sofa pulls out into a sofa sleeper as well for extra guests or kids.

The homeowners have graciously included some lovely extras for your stay from an upgraded mattress, Keurig coffee machine and tea kettle, convection oven/microwave as well as a toaster oven, Smart TVs in the living and bedrooms, iron and board for meetings/special occasion prep, cafe lights on the screened porch. There is a wireless printer on site if you are working remotely.

There is no grill available, nor is one allowed, due to Kiawah Island safety regulations imposed upon villas. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience but ask that the rules be followed to avoid fines or dismissal from the island.

Free Wireless Internet Access; Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. Property does have linen included. Additional housekeeping services are also available during your stay (mid-week clean or daily trash and tidy). Guests DO NOT have access to the resort pools (Night Heron Park, West Beach, or Tennis Club).
If you have the time take a short trip (35-45 Minutes) to Charleston, America's most charming southern city. There you'll find world class dining, shopping and lots of history to explore.

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights (not available in low season, late Oct to mid Mar) you will receive a valuable credit of up to $210 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to review and complete online. Your booking is not confirmed until this document has been submitted.
