Just A Short Walk

We absolutely loved the location of this condo. First floor was a plus ... minimal stairs and just a short walk to the beach. Only issue might be upstairs tenant if they are heavy footed. Other then that we loved this place and will be back.

Mid way through a 2 week college tour road trip we stopped in Kiawah Island to take a break...We checked in on a Friday and left on Tuesday...It was flawless...Our routine was condo, beach, cook in or take out, repeat...Would/will return for a week or 2 beach vacation...

Beach Getaway

My Mom and I had a lovely time on our beach getaway down to Kiawah! The condo was in a perfect location just steps from the beach and was the ideal size for a mother daughter weekend trip. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone considering!

Wonderful stay!

We loved this condo! It was exactly as described in the listing. Clean, well decorated, and maintained. The management was super responsive and friendly. We had minor issues with losing hot water after one shower but this seemed to improve some into our stay. However, it still seemed like they didn’t have a lot of hot water for multiple showers but we made do with timing. Let me be clear that they weren’t cold showers, but just not all hot. It was a great condo with everything we needed for a great getaway. I’d definitely stay here again.

Snowbird getaway

This place was perfect for an escape from the dregs of a long Minnesota winter. Clean, quiet, and a ninety second walk to one of the best beaches on the East Coast. And the property manager was top-notch. When we needed a coffee maker that had gone missing, she delivered one within 30 minutes of our text!

Perfect getaway for us!

Absolutely loved this villa and the location! The private setting just steps from the beach was perfect. We woke up early to catch the sunrise and we enjoyed riding our rented bikes all over the island. Kiawah Island is one of the most peaceful places we have ever been. We will be back for sure!

The condo set up was perfect. The kitchen was great for the minimal preparation and eating we did. The location was great for access to the beach, golf, the Sanctuary, and Freshfields. The small issue we had was quickly sorted out by Robin.

Will be back!

Such a great little condo. Perfect for my husband and I. Quick walk to the beach (seriously like 20 steps or less!) we rented bikes, played golf, enjoyed great meals, and awesome beach time. The condo is set up perfectly. Very comfortable bed and everything you need for a little kitchen. Can’t wait to be back again!

Just What The Doctor Ordered

Booked this at last minute. Unit is up to date and cozy. Ideal for two people. Very short walk to beach. Convenient to Sanctuary Resort, Bohicket Marina and shopping. Would stay again

Easy beach getaway

This unit is essentially a 1-bedroom apartment. It has been cosmetically renovated and appointed with fresh, beachy decor. PROS: - past first gate - the beach is RIGHT THERE - clean - updated tvs in living and bedroom area - washer/dryer - simple to check in/out CONS: - on OTHER side of the parking lot facing away from sun and beach so there is very little natural light. We never used the porch because of this, just too uninviting. Check the unit maps online (I didn't). - there is moldy smell in the unit, mostly in the living room, it hit us right away. Rental agent was made aware of it and she suggested particular thermostat settings (which were already set -- bummer). The surface smell dissipated with porch slider/windows open and after we bought candles and scent lifters, but on the drive home we noticed that everything smelled moldy. Not sure if there is something in the vents, something wet in the unit that smells moldy, or something from another unit. - it is a first floor unit, just something to keep in mind bc we had neighbors upstairs during the stay and it became annoying. - very small en-suite bathroom (only bathroom)

Amazing views and a quick walk to the beach

This house was lovely. The kitchen was stocked, the view on porch was amazing, and the beach is right across the street. The hot water heater water heater worked well and the bed was comfy. The kids even thought the pull out sofa bed was comfy. We would definitely consider staying here again if we are traveling back to Kiawah.
