Welcome to 1006 Thrasher Court, a gorgeous ocean and lagoon view completely renovated three bedroom three bathroom Sparrow Pond cottage. New deck built in spring 2026 with an outdoor shower added. Located close walking distance to Kiawah Island's renowned ten-mile beach, Cougar Point Golf Club and the neighborhood pool. This bright island oasis with hardwoods and shiplap throughout on walls and ceilings, features a gourmet kitchen with custom ceiling height cabinetry, which boasts stainless steel appliances, including a sub zero refrigerator, GE monogram pro gas range, and a Bosch dishwasher. The laundry room has been reconfigured for additional storage and is host to an Electrolux washer and dryer. The family room, showing off spectacular views, is home to all new Aubergine furniture, and custom built-ins for the TV and extra storage. The primary bedroom with its King sized bed and views of the Atlantic has floor to ceiling custom his-and-hers cabinetry, an en suite primary bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower, and all three bedrooms are home to installed California closets and sophisticated coastal furniture. Other advantages to this beach home are spectacular sunrises especially from the extensive wrap around outdoor porch with an al fresco dining table, a spacious screen porch where you can enjoy all of the beauty and nature Kiawah has to offer, an extra bathroom, for a total of 3, and serene privacy with under-cottage parking.

Take a short five minute walk or quick bike ride and you'll be at the ocean's edge in no time.(0.3mi) There are 10 miles of glorious beach to enjoy and you can ride your bike right on the hard packed sand. Enjoy neighborhood community pool (available seasonally, mid April to mid Oct typically) at the end of your day on the beach or at one of the many golf courses.

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $210 (amount dependent on length of stay)to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

As our guest, you will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; Free Wireless Internet Access; Our Local Property Management team is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. Additional housekeeping services are also available during your stay (mid-week clean or daily trash and tidy). No access available for resort pools or fitness center.
If you have the time, make a short trip (35 Minutes) to Charleston America's most charming southern City. There you'll find world class dining, shopping and lots of history to explore.

Perfect house for our family group

Taylors

Location was a little too far from the beach with very small children. Passcode to WiFi was not on the chalkboard and had to call property manager to get it. Water to the dishwasher was off and struggled with it for a day / property repair was responsive. Community pool was dirty and could not use it. Otherwise unit was clean and very attractive. Enjoyed our stay but missed the resort amenities so will book through the resort next year.

The layout was perfect for our family and we loved the location - so close to the beach and some nearby stores and restaurants. The beautifully decorated house matched the description of the property perfectly and was easy to find and get into. The kitchen was also well stocked! We were so impressed. The only issue we had during our stay was that a contractor was sent to the house while our baby was napping without our knowledge to look at the house's deck. It made us a little uneasy being on the deck after his departure because we could hear him talking about how much wood rot was present and that areas were not safe. Hopefully this is something that gets fixed in the future and not while a guest in present in the home.

It was easy to bike to the beach, pool, and golf courses, which made it perfect for our family. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The back screened in porch is a perfect spot to relax throughout the day. The living room was comfortable and cozy.One of the highlights of our experience was the flexibility the rental company showed. We arrived very early and called just to check if there was any chance of getting in before 4 PM check-in to our surprise and gratitude, they were able to accommodate us– something we really appreciated. The only downside was the lack of beach gear. We ended up spending an additional $175 on chairs, tent, and boogie boards since none were provided. It’s a bit disappointing, as many renters, (including us) often leave those items behind for the next guest. Including a few beach essentials would really improve the experience. Overall, we definitely recommend this property. It’s a wonderful spot for families and a great homebase for enjoying the area.
