Sliding glass doors in the living room open to a private deck overlooking the 17th fairway with simple seating. Additional lounge or dining space is available on the beautiful screened in porch with a pass through window from the kitchen. Recent upgrades provide al fresco dining space and comfortable seating for a private and a perfect getaway whenever you want to enjoy a relaxing happy hour, or late evening listening to the ocean. The recently updated kitchen has quartz countertops, a professional grade refrigerator, new European washer & dryer, and dishwasher. Cookware and utensils are continually updated. The kitchen is equipped for quick snacks or gourmet meals. Enjoy the dining room and the expansive golf course view with family and friends.

4974 Turtle Point comfortably accommodates 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. Each bedroom has a 32" Flat Screen internet connected TVs and DVD player for private viewing. The master suite bathroom has a king Tempur-Pedic® Mattress and a private bathroom with his & her vanities, a walk-in shower and a separate soaking tub. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed and a new private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 3 has two twin beds and shares a newly updated bathroom with the common area.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
