The parking information for this Vrbo was not provided on the property details and lead to aimless driving in search for our spot. We then called Vacasa, who then provided us details to a lockbox with keys to the garage. This helped, but a parking permit was not mentioned via the property details or our conversation with Vacasa, which lead to us calling them back to ask for that information.Overall, the place itself is fantastic, but we were quite inconvenienced by the simple lack of parking direction.

Nice and clean property. Had everything you need. It was pretty warm upon checkin, since the curtains and blinds were open letting in the afternoon sun. The fan in the photos was not in the room, there was only a small fan. We asked for another fan and were told that, "I regret to tell you that we cannot provide you with an additional fan or a bigger one since the home that you booked only provides what is listed in the amenities." Nice to be able to walk to everything.

Our family of 4 goes to Keystone each year to ski. This property was perfect for us. The condo was updated, clean and provided many amenities. We would definitely book this condo in the future.

Great location, easy access to gondola and restaurants

Loved our location, and the place with a minor few complaints. We had trouble with the lock to get into the building and reached out to the property management company for help. It took over an hour and a half for a response, thankfully by that time we solved the problem on our own but if we hadn’t that would have been a long to wait in our car in the middle of winter. Another complaint was there were no directions/location to enter the parking garage, my husband had to go into the garage and walk through it to find the entrance. Our final complaint was about the lack of things in the kitchen. If you’ve stayed in other Vrbo places you can typically find a few spices, oil spray for the pans, coffee etc, none of these things existed. If you are going to stay plan on bringing all ingredients you will need for cooking meals in the unit. In previous reviews, people mentioned the fireplace not working so I’m happy to report it works! Overall we had a great stay!

Location was great....true ski in/ski out. Kitchen was poorly stocked, missing basics like hand towels, dish rags and a vegetable peeler. Only had one very small cutting board and one small spatula. No pool towels provided so you have to use bath towels for both. There are not extra. It was frustrating trying to communicate with property because it was obviously a call center and not someone local. The three times I had to call for various issues they were unable to help.
