We are so happy to welcome you to our Keystone retreat! To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone, please review the following house rules:

🔞 Primary Renter Must Be 25+

The person booking the reservation must be 25 years or older and stay for the entire duration of the reservation.

🚫 No Pets Allowed

This is a strictly pet-free home. No animals of any kind are permitted.

🚭 No Smoking or Vaping

Smoking, vaping, or any cannabis use is not permitted inside the home or on the property.

🔥 No Outdoor Fires

Open flames, fire pits, fireworks, and any outdoor burning are strictly prohibited due to fire danger in the area.

🔊 Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM

Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum during quiet hours.

🛁 Hot Tub Rules

Shower before entering

No glass near the tub

Keep cover closed when not in use

Do not adjust water temperature

Children must be supervised
A $250 fee may apply if the hot tub requires a drain & refill after improper use.

Driveway parking only

No garage access

No RVs, trailers, or oversized vehicles

Max parking: 2 vehicles
Snow removal may occur early in the morning during winter months.

🧽 Cleanliness

Please treat the home with care:

Remove shoes when possible

Wipe spills promptly

Place trash in the designated bin
Excessive cleaning may result in an additional fee.

🗑 Trash & Food

Keep food stored securely and dispose of trash properly to avoid attracting wildlife.

👶 Not Baby-Proofed

Children are welcome, but the home does not include safety gates or outlet covers—please supervise little ones.

❄️ No AC

This home does not have air conditioning—common in mountain climates.

📦 No Shipping to the Property

Packages cannot be delivered to the home. Please use local pickup locations or Amazon lockers.

🧺 Washer & Dryer

Available for guest use—please empty lint traps and avoid overloading.

📘 Follow All House Guidelines

Please follow posted instructions for appliances, hot tub, heating systems, and anything labeled by the host.
