This 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom ground floor condo sleeps 8 with a king bed, a full-sized bunk bed, and a queen-sized Murphy bed. It features a private patio with beautiful views. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Expedition Station offers shared amenities including a pool and a hot tub.

The entryway offers mounted hooks, a bench, and closet for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a smart TV above a beautiful gas fireplace and a cozy furniture. Books and board games have been provided by the homeowner for your enjoyment. There is a full-sized Murphy bed for additional sleeping arrangements. Extra sheets and blankets are stored in a closet. Just off the living area is the private patio. Take in the fresh mountain air and enjoy views. Exit the patio and walk to the Expedition Station courtyard with pool and hot tub.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats six and there is room for four at the breakfast bar. The first of three full bathrooms is just off of the living area and has a pedestal sink and a shower/tub combination. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The primary suite features high ceilings, a king-sized bed, and a smart TV. The en suite bathroom has double sinks with granite countertops and a shower/tub combination. The guest bedroom has a full-sized bunk bed and a flat screen TV. The guest bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with double sinks, granite countertops, and a shower/tub combination.

*Please note the Expedition Station HOA will begin charging $8 a day for parking starting November 1st, 2025*

Feels like a large hotel room with a kitchen

Overall our stay was fine - the unit felt like a large hotel room with a kitchen. Pluses: it's roomy, the beds, linens, and towels are nice. It's nice to have three full bathrooms. Cons: It lacked personal touch. It was way too warm without AC in the unit during the day (July stay) and somewhat acceptable temp throughout the night (they did provide extra fans in the closets). I observed the lack of "personal touch" so many VRBOs have, but my husband seemed to think it was pretty standard for a ski condo. For example, the only hand soap was tiny hotel bar soap (with no soap dish). Also, if you're a coffee drinker, do NOT rely on the coffee provided. We were given two packs of sealed and measured coffee grounds bags that supposedly make 4 cups of coffee. I used two of the bags to make 4 cups and it was still very weak (and not at all good). Also, the back patio was filthy with dust and dirty footprints upon arrival. Additionally, the handle on one of the bedroom windows was broken off, making it unable to be opened. Hugh bummer. Anyway, it was okay, but I wouldn't choose to stay again knowing there are many other options there.

Great location and unit

It was perfect for our family, we could have easily stayed there longer. There was enough space for our family of 5. Great location with a lot of things to do. The only reason i gave it 4 stars was because the couch had crumbs in it, windows wouldn't wind in, many lights burnt out including the main light in the 2nd bedroom, screen door was broke which would have been nice with the warmer weather we had and main fridge didnt get cold. We were happy there was a second mini fridge to help but could have used the bigger fridge.

Family Stay at Expedition Station

Family Group stayed for a 3 day weekend at this unit at Expedition Station. Ground floor location was excellent, convenient out to the pool/hot tub and not noisy. Short walk to Gondola. Parking situation for one car is great, additional car parking situation is not ideal. The unit was as described in pictures, overall a great layout with good separation between bedrooms and a very nice living/dining/family room and kitchen. Kitchen was good size and overall nice but pots/pans and cooking supplies could use an update. Plenty of nice glasses and plates. Overall, would definitely recommend.

We go to Colorado every year. This condo was incredible. Very clean everyone was really friendly. It was nice to be able to walk out straight to the pool. They even had a festival! We had a great time!!

Great location just a 3 minute walk to the main lift, heated outdoor pool and big hot tub with cool people hanging out at it every night. Also, a very short walk to a bunch of restaurants, rental shops, and a grocery/liquor store. Perfect spot!

Clean, Quiet, Super Layout

Really cool layout and well thought out design. The boot heaters in the closet were cool. Everything was top notch. I would prefer not to be charged a large cleaning fee for an overnight stay and then asked to move trash etc, but highly recommended for anyone wanting to stay in Keystone.

Construction nightmare!

Beautiful spot any other time. Equipment started outside our deck at 8 am and ran all day until 6:00 pm. The pool and hot tub area was a mess all day. No relaxing around the pool. They building should not have been rented that week. Very disappointed!
