This recently remodeled, 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo sleeps 6 with a king bed, a queen sleeper sofa, and a luxury futon. It features beautiful views of Keystone Lake and the surrounding mountains. Ideally located in Lakeside Village, you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and outdoor activities. The walking path is just outside your private patio and will take you to a variety of amenities on the lake. The East Lake clubhouse, just a short walk from your back door, is included in your stay. It offers an indoor swimming pool hot tub, sauna, bathrooms and an outdoor barbecue area.

The living area features updated hardwood flooring, new furnishings, a flat screen TV next to a beautiful stacked stone gas fireplace, and a window offering beautiful mountain and lake views. Enjoy game night with the whole family with board games for guest use. There is a luxury futon and a queen sleeper sofa for extra sleeping arrangements in the living area. Extra sheets and blankets are in a closet. The private patio is just off the living area and provides guests walk-out access to Keystone Lake.

The remodeled, full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. It features granite countertops and new stone back splash. The dining area, looking out over the lake, comfortably seats four, it features a rustic style table, modern light fixture above, and swinging bar stool style seats.

The bedroom features a king-sized bed with Ivory White Bedding and a flat screen TV. There is ample space for storing personal items in the closet and dresser found in the master. The bedroom also has its own entrance to the guest bathroom. There is a folding crib for families traveling with babies in the closet. The full bathroom features granite counter tops, brand new flooring. A door separates the shower/tub combination and toilet area for added privacy. It is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The dining table much too large for space and seats very uncomfortable should swap out! no direction for tv in living room could not use for entire 4 day stay had to call for directions on where re to leave keys directions in condo were wrong (leave in lock box; there was none) did not get check in instructions till day of no clear directions on where to deposit trash bed too large and too high definitely would not rent again

We were here for a conference at the conference center and I really liked that this property is steps away from the conference center walkway. The kitchen was well stocked with amenities. The property was clean with plenty of room for 2 people. The view from the lake entrance was awesome. We were steps away from food and the walkway around the river. I would return to this property if available next year. I never did figure out the TV in the bedroom. As for living room, there is no free access to local television, be prepared to log on to your own apps to watch television. The bed sits very high and my 83 year old mom had a difficult time getting in and out of bed, causing leg cramps (including myself).I had a visitor come see me and it is unfortunate there is absolutely no guest parking available.

The location is fantastic and you can't beat having the lake outside your door and a nice walkway around the lake. However, the unit smelled smokey when we arrived. I thought it was maybe just musty so we opened the doors. We fixed dinner and that helped the smell in the living room but the bedroom definitely smelled like smoke. I let them know, they said someone would bring an ionizer to the unit but nobody ever did. Parking was good, everything else was just as pictured. We used the kitchen to prepare all our meals which worked out great. The TV was difficult to get working and we kept having to go back to input. Other than the smoke smell, it was great.

This location was perfect to Keystone Conference center. This picturesque location is one to write home about! My family and I enjoying the natural ambiance and wonderful trails. This place was as described and has everything you woul need to cook besides food. In the future I will definitely try to book this place again.

Ice maker still broken. Pool was closed. TV’s didn’t function properly. Futon in living room is dirty and stained. Tile floors throughout need replaced as grout is disgusting, was not vacuumed well. Carpet in bedroom had old candy under the bed. Smelled like people had smoked in it. Two fans barely helped keep the place cool.

The property was easy to access, clean, and good for our family of five. The only issue is that the property is listed for 6 people but the dinner table only has four seats and no additional seats to sit at the table.

Smokey smell

The first thing we noticed when we checked in was an overwhelming smell of smoke. The property was dirty and small. The pictures are deceiving. The pool house had a dirty hot tub, a plugged drain and missing boards in the sauna. I expected better from a Keystone property. I would not stay there again. (And I’m not one to usually write negative posts).

Great property, great stay!

This was my first visit to Keystone and I’ll definitely be back. The shuttle service made it very easy to get around the property. The unit was walking distance to the Conference Center where many of the group activities took place. The unit was very clean (I am super particular!). The check-in and check-out process was very easy. Communication was excellent as well. The only thing I would recommend is upgrading the futon and couch in the living room and having an ironing board (I shared this feedback with the property management company as well).

The property is very updated and nice. The view of the lake is beautiful. I was surprised that there was not many shops around the lake as there used to be, that was dissapointing. My only suggestion would be to maybe have a couch and futon cover that can be washed. They were dirty with spilled food/drink. The sheets for the pull out and futon also did not look clean. The bed in the bedroom was clean. Overall a good one night stay.

Just ok

I would definitely make some improvements, there were no ceiling fans and only one pedestal fan that didn’t work well to circulate air. I was told to open the windows, which were only two in the place, one in the bedroom and one in the living room. The futon made the place look cheap and I would upgrade the size of the TV’s the one in the bedroom was the size of a I-Pa.
