Great location for a winter break

Unit was very clean, and the location super convenient to the gondola. Very well equipped. The windows do not all close completely, but the hot water heat in the building is very good. Set your thermostat a little lower than you would at home and it will be very comfortable.

Great stay and location

We really enjoyed our stay. It was clean and comfortable. Easy to get to (with their clear directions), GPS was not accurate. The location was awesome. Easy to get to everything. Walkable to food, coffee, and to the gondola and lift. We would definitely stay there again.

Hot and uncomfortable

- It was a cute place. Clean. A couple things made it a place I wouldn't stay again. Check in was stuck in the 1990s. You had to go get a package from a different office and then go to the place, I haven't had to do that in years. Usually there is a door code or lockbox on site. It was so hot in there, we couldn't sleep. All the directions say don't open the windows, but when it's 85 in there what do you do? The bed was like sleeping on the floor. So hard and uncomfortable. A place to stay while you ski is fine. But if you want to be comfortable at night, this is not ideal.

Quick Spring Break trip

My husband and 16yo son stayed for 3 days to enjoy some skiing for spring break. The place was as described--close to slopes and village restaurants. It was cozy and worked well for our stay. The bed was comfortable. My son didn't love the pullout couch. Plenty of towels. Fairly easy check in. Overall great place. Good trip.

Beautiful and comfortable unit, conveniently located for skiing, dining and shopping . The only issue was cleaning detail, I found some hair in the bedroom sheets. When discussed with management, The company wanted to make things right promptly.

Poor VRBO performance

I called and spoke to Mohammed, who assured me that after I booked, I would call back to obtain a military discount. I did call back, and the other rep, saw the notes Mohammed put into the system, but did not do anything to correct the issue. She should have at least refunded the VRBO fee, as this was document incorrect information that Mohammed relayed to me. He should be trained properly, not punished. Turn this into a learning experience, and make things right with me.

Fabulous Fall Stay

This property was perfect for our visit to Colorado! Keystone is in the middle of it all but quiet enough to offer the perfect opportunity to relax. The condo was spotless & perfectly outfitted to relax. We loved the outdoor space which was overlooking the common areas of the resort. The parking & elevator were convenient & check in check out were so easy! Definitely recommend this property!

Property was just as advertised. Very clean, recently remodeled, very comfortable. Our first time to stay in the main base area where it is so convenient to the gondola. Nice to have a comfortable place to take a mid-day break. Underground parking was very useful.

Beautiful and enjoyable

This condo was so beautiful. Exactly what my sweetheart and I needed. Kitchen was perfect and bed was very comfortable! TVs were nice and everything was clean! Balcony was so nice to sit on and enjoy the aspen trees just outside the property. Check in process was confusing since we had to go to another location off site to check in but otherwise it was all a breeze once we figured it all out. Easy communication with the property managers which is such a nice touch. Everything to enjoy was all on site in river run and really easily accessible and we always felt safe and secure. Only issue was that we couldn’t stay longer because of work commitments back home in Denver! This condo is perfect for a couple and maybe a group of 4 people since the couch does pull out - looked to be about a queen size which is nice! Definitely a great place to stay.

A unidade é bastante confortåvel e possuía todas as amenidades e eletrodomésticos necessårios para tornar nossa estadia conveniente e confortåvel. A comunicação com a empresa que faz a gestão da unidade sempre foi muito fåcil e råpida. A localização é perfeita e pråtica para quem vai esquiar. Recomendo.

Beautiful Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at River Run! The property was peaceful, beautiful, and very clean. You are able to see the main slope coming down the mountain from the bedroom and the living room. The hot tubs are also located right below the room and add to the amazing view from the balcony. You will love your stay at River Run!
