This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, condo sleeps 6 across a king bed and two Twin XL-over-Twin XL bunk beds. This luxury condo features hardwood flooring, a stacked stone gas fireplace, stainless steel appliances, and a balcony with mountain views. Clearwater Lofts is a newer complex near Lakeside Village in Keystone and only a half mile to the Mountain House ski lifts. Enjoy the free Keystone shuttle directly to the ski resort’s Peru Express Chairlift or ride your bike on the recreation path from Clearwater’s front door all the way to Lake Dillon and the surrounding towns. Clearwater Lofts also offers two shared outdoor hot tubs for guest use.

This condo offers a modern feel with brand new furnishings. The entryway offers a bench and additional hooks for hanging items and mats for your shoes. The closet near the entryway holds the private, stackable washer and dryer. You will be welcomed by the fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, gas stove, refrigerator with ice maker and a dining area that comfortably seats six.

The living room offers cozy furnishings, ample seating, a stacked stone gas fireplace, and a Smart TV with sound bar. The private balcony off of the living room is furnished with chairs, and offers mountain views.

Both of the bedrooms are equipped with our Ivory White Bedding. The first bedroom is off of the dining room and features a set of two Twin XL-over-Twin XL bunkbeds, a Smart TV and a dresser. The guest bathroom can be found next door and features quartz countertops and shower/tub combination. The primary suite is located beyond the living room featuring a king-sized bed, Smart TV, dresser, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double sinks.

Guests of Clearwater lofts can park one car in the underground heated garage. A second surface parking spot is available in front of the building on a first come first serve basis.

For as expensive as this place was, I was really expecting them to pay closer attention to details especially with cleanliness. Having a baby with us, we expected a floor that we would feel comfortable with him crawling and barefoot walking. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the rugs in the property. The bath tub where he would bathe had visible mold in the over flow spout. There was soap scum around the drain that I had to clean myself... The recliner (or non-working recliner) had stains all over it. The TV in the master bedroom would restart the cable box every time you turned it on and sometimes wouldn't ever come on, claiming that it had lost connection to the satellites. Since we aren't from a high altitude environment, our skin and sinuses would dry out terribly while sleeping... They had humidifiers available for guest use but only one worked and not well enough to keep a liveable humidity in the master room while we were sleeping... There were also several broken pictures and wall fixtures.... I saw complaints about the road noise before booking and I wish I would've taken it a little more seriously, the highway was right outside the balcony and master windows with semis zooming to Lovelands pass all night, every single night.... We thoroughly enjoyed our stay minus these things. We also didn't stay in the property the entire time which made a difference.

We had a great time and really enjoyed the property. The property is new with garage parking. Near walking/biking trails with amazing views. All appliances and cookware were great. They even provided spices.The only feature that made it less than perfect is that the patio/windows face the road. Without AC, opening the windows is a must to cool down the rooms. The road noise was too load to leave them open at night. The owners did provide several box fans that coupled with the ceiling fans were enough to keep cool at night.

Fantastic Condo!

Our family of 4 stayed at this condo 2/2025 and it was excellent. Clean, updated, and every home accessory you need, and then some. It is about 3 minutes away from the base of the mountain, which was nice to be out of the congestion. Go ahead and book! You won’t regret it.

Comfortable stay

The condo was clean, well stocked and comfortable for our family of 5. The garage was great. The hot tub is a bit small but nice and warm. About 5 min drive to river run. Summit county mountain retreats were great to work with. Keep in mind the condo key cards get picked up at another location but it’s close by. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

This property looks just like the pictures. Very cozy and great location! Quick drive to Dillon, Frisco, and Breckenridge. Loved the heated garage parking. Appreciated the texts with check in and check out information. We loved that they supplied everything we needed from toilet paper and paper towels to containers for leftovers. I also noticed a cork screw, can opener, spices, and other kitchen necessities! The hot tub was close and nice as well!

Lakeside condo in Keystone

Our stay was great, check in and communication were excellent, we had a few questions that were answered promptly. Condo is very well stocked with all necessities, including kitchen - we cooked all our meals and it was fantastic. The highlight of stay - storage unit assigned to condo that fit our 4 bikes and other equipment. One drawback- the unit is gets hot in the summer, the ceiling fans in secondary bedroom and living room had only one slow speed, with no way to adjust. Master bedroom ceiling fan though worked great.

Great Unit

We enjoyed our stay at Clearwater Lofts. The unit was cozy and clean and equipped with all we needed. Location is great with convenient shuttle to the slopes or close enough to walk. Hot tub was well kept and clean. We would definitely stay again!
