Experience a refined mountain getaway in this upscale 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom luxury condo, situated within the brand-new Clearwater Lofts complex in Keystone. This condo sleeps 6 across a king-sized bed, a twin-over-king bunk bed, and a full-size sleeper sofa. Highlights include a private balcony with outdoor seating and an electric grill, an in-unit washer and dryer, hardwood radiant heat flooring, and modern finishes throughout. Clearwater Lofts is a brand new complex near Lakeside Village in Keystone and only a half mile to the Mountain House ski lifts. Enjoy the free Keystone shuttle directly to the Peru Express Chairlift or ride your bike on the recreation path from Clearwater’s front door to Lake Dillon and the surrounding towns. Clearwater Lofts also offers two shared outdoor hot tubs for guest use.

Upon entry, you will find yourself in the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area. The full-size kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to enjoy a home-cooked meal. It also features stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a large pantry. Additionally, this kitchen includes household favorites like a crockpot, a toaster oven, and more. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the private balcony as you take in the mountain air, this unit is stocked with a drip coffee maker and an initial supply of coffee. The dining table seats up to six and there is additional seating for three at the breakfast bar.

The living area offers gorgeous alpine views and comfortable furnishings. Cozy up by the stacked stone fireplace and watch a movie as the snow falls on the mounted Smart TV just above. There is plenty of room for the whole family to spread out on the couch, which also folds out offering a full-size bed for additional sleeping arrangements. Additional sheets and blankets are stored in a nearby closet. The balcony, located just behind the living area, offers outdoor seating, an electric grill, and sweeping mountain views.

Going back past the living area, you will find the primary suite. This bedroom features a king-sized bed, Smart TV, ceiling fan, sitting area, and an en suite bathroom. All closets are stocked with hangers for guest use and with additional under-bed storage available. Enjoy breathtaking mountain views from the comfort of your bed! The primary bathroom features a double sink vanity with quartz countertops and a walk-in shower with beautiful gray tiling. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The guest bedroom, located on the opposite side of the living area features a twin-over-king bunk bed, mounted Smart-TV, and ceiling fan. The guest bathroom is just outside and features quartz countertops and a shower/tub combination. This vacation rental also offers a private washer and dryer for guest use.

Guests of Clearwater Lofts can park one car in the underground heated garage equipped with a 50amp receptacle. Please note that guests must bring their charging cord. A second parking spot is available in front of the building in the visitor parking area on a first come first serve basis.

Please note that we have a minimum age requirement. To reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older. The location of the building was great, wasy to find. The price per night was amazing and made the little bit of road noise easy to ignore. Beautifully appointed, spacious and enjoyee 3 t.v.s for kids to be entertained too. Will stay here again. Easy to get to slopes, along shuttle route.

What a great experience! Smooth, contactless check in with clear instructions and tips. Ski storage available, a heated garage all the essentials needed and even extras such as humidifiers. Will be keeping this option in mind when we return!

This was a lovely condo! It was nicely decorated, and everything was very clean and new. We cooked dinner one night and breakfasts in the condo, and it was nice being able to use new pans and utensils. The Mountain House base is only .5 miles away, so it was a quick shuttle ride to the slopes. We walked back one day and that also worked well for us. The unit is on the same side as the busy road to get to Keystone, so there was some road noise, but with the windows shut it didn't bother us. Overall it was a great stay!

Clean & Close to Slopes!

Great stay! Listing is just as described. This place is very clean, comfortable and close to the slopes. The kitchen has all the necessary items to make great meals. I will be trying to book this place each time I visit Keystone. Definitely worth the 5 stars!

The property was perfectly located between Keystone Lake and the slopes. We stayed for the pond hockey tournament, and it was great. Perfect accommodations for a family of five!

Beautiful modern condo

Secure building, underground parking, and a modern condo made my work trip easy and enjoyable. I would stay here again, but would be sure to ask what direction each unit faces. This unit is about 150 feet from an incredibly busy and loud highway. There’s no in-unit cooling so opening windows is the only option. But it was too loud at night. And I wasn’t able to enjoy the patio as a result. otherwise it was a great stay.

Brand new, cozy, well stocked condo

The condo is brand new and just as pictured. The only tricky part was finding the garage sensor. It’s on a pole immediately as you pull in the lot. The space was quiet, but does have some noise from the road. Everything functioned as it should. The kitchen is well equipped. Coffee filters and soaps are supplied, which was nice. The bathrooms were clean and in good repair. If you plan to cook, you will need to buy everything but salt, pepper, and sugar for your coffee. That’s expected. I liked being a bit away from the village for the peace. I didn’t use the second bedroom, but it looked very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
