Guests will have access to the entire home and on-site parking, including garage parking for 1 car (7’4” clearance) and space for 1 additional car in the driveway. Guests will also have access to 2 shared outdoor hot tubs.

The Neighborhood:
This home offers an amazing location in the heart of Keystone, with incredible access to the ski slopes at Keystone Ski Resort. With just a 5-minute drive, you can be on the River Run Gondola, ready to take you to the top of Dercum Mountain. Alternatively, hop onto the Peru Express and Argentine Lifts, which put you minutes away from the slopes.

After a day on the mountain, enjoy exploring the various lodges, entertainment options, restaurants, cafés, and breweries in the area. In the summer months, take a stroll along the Snake River, go hiking at the Keystone Gulch Trail, or enjoy a round of golf at the Keystone Ranch Golf Course. Be sure to spend a day exploring the neighboring communities of Dillon and Silverthorne, which are less than 15 minutes away. The Dillon Reservoir, home to the Dillon Amphitheater and Dillon Marina, offers a scenic outing. Alternatively, you can explore the shops at the Outlets at Silverthorne.

From this home, you can explore Keystone on foot or drive to almost anywhere in town in under 10 minutes. During the winter months, make the 5-minute drive to Keystone Ski Resort for some excellent skiing, and in the summer, hit the hiking trails at Keystone Gulch Trailhead, just a 4-minute drive away. You’re also within a 30-minute drive from the slopes at Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Loveland, and Arapahoe Basin. Or, explore the nearby mountain towns—Dillon is only 9 minutes away, Silverthorne is 12 minutes, and Frisco is an 18-minute drive. You can also reach Breckenridge in 25 minutes or Vail in 40 minutes.

Public transportation is readily available, with the Summit Stage’s FREE bus on the Silverthorne-Dillon-Keystone route just a 5-minute walk from your door.
