After a day of exploring, unwind in the home's stunning living area & cozy bedrooms while you enjoy the lovely mountain views. For added convenience & comfort, the home has a heated garage, making this mountain retreat a true haven for all seasons.

The Space:
This beautiful townhome is set up to fulfill all your needs for a comfortable and convenient mountain escape! With an open and social shared living space, a private balcony with views overlooking the mountains, 2 living rooms, 4 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms, the home provides plenty of space to host groups of up to 10 comfortably.

As you step inside the ground floor of the home, you'll be greeted by an entryway complete with coat hooks and a bench, providing a convenient spot to unload your outdoor gear. Directly ahead of the door, a staircase leads up to the upper floor where you'll discover the shared living space and two bedrooms.

Upon entering the shared living space, you'll be greeted by a beautiful area filled with natural light and lovely views of the surrounding mountains. The living room features a 3-person couch and a reclining loveseat. These furnishings are arranged atop a stylish rug and are situated beside the stunning stone hearth gas fireplace. Settle in for a relaxing evening, warming up by the fire, or indulge in a movie night with your group.

From the living room, step through the sliding glass doors onto the balcony situated at the front of the home. Here, you can savor the views of the surrounding mountains while relaxing on one of the four patio chairs. In the summertime, enjoy your meal al fresco at the 4-person outdoor table.

Back inside the home, you'll discover the stunning kitchen and dining area, conveniently positioned opposite the living room. The chef in your group will adore cooking in this fully-equipped kitchen! It boasts stainless steel appliances, spacious granite countertops, and a comprehensive range of basic cookware. A kitchen bar with three bar stools overlooks the living room, providing a great space to grab a quick snack or chat with the chef. Across from the kitchen is the dining area, featuring a lovely wooden table with seating for 8, making it the perfect setting for shared meals and memorable gatherings.

Down the hall from the kitchen, you will find two bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom is an inviting space that features a king-size platform bed, matching nightstands with lamps, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom. Freshen up before bed in the master bathroom where you will find a double-sink vanity with ample under-the-sink storage space and a contemporary-style step-in shower. Adjacent to the master bedroom is the second upstairs bedroom, a cozy space with a large window, a mounted TV, and a queen-size bed. Near the two bedrooms, you will also find a full bathroom for shared use. The bathroom features a single-sink vanity and a free-standing shower.

On the ground level of the home, you will find an additional 2 bedrooms as well as a second living room. The first bedroom is set up as a bunk room providing extra sleeping space. This room is great for sharing with a twin-over-twin bunk bed and an additional single twin bed. From this bedroom, you can step outside where you will find a concrete pad and an unfenced backyard. Down from the bunk room is the 4th bedroom, a well-decorated space that has the added luxury of a private ensuite bathroom. The bedroom features a queen-size bed with matching nightstands and bedside lamps, with an attached bathroom featuring a double-sink vanity and a step-in shower.

Adjacent to the two ground-floor bedrooms is an additional living room space, which can serve as a hangout spot or provide extra sleeping accommodations. This space is equipped with a TV, a couch, and a rocking chair, creating a quiet and cozy space to unwind. For larger groups, convert this area into an extra sleeping space by pulling out the queen-size bed in the couch. Completing the ground floor is a full bathroom with the home's only bathtub/shower combo and a double-sink vanity. Guests will also have access to a stacked washer and dryer unit, making it easy to keep up with any laundry needs during your stay.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire townhome, a balcony, and four parking places, two inside the garage and two parking places in front of the garage in the paved driveway. Guests will also have access to a shared hot tub at the Dakota Lodge at River Run.

The Neighborhood:
This townhome offers an amazing location in the heart of Keystone with incredible access to the ski slopes at Keystone Ski Resort. With just a 3-minute drive you can be on the River Run Gondola ready to take you to the top of Dercum Mountain, or jumping on to the Peru Express and Argentine Lifts putting you minutes away from being out on the slopes. The River Run Gondola gives you quick access to the newest base area at Keystone Resort where you will find shops and world-class restaurants. After a day on the mountain enjoy exploring the various lodges, entertainment options, restaurants, cafes, and breweries in the area. In the summer months take a stroll along the Snake River, go hiking at the Keystone Gulch Trail, or enjoy a round of golf at the Keystone Ranch Golf Course. Also, enjoy the breathtaking scenery at the Keystone River Golf Course, which is only an 8 minute drive away. Be sure to spend a day exploring the neighboring communities of Dillon and Silverthorne, which are less than 15 minutes away. Dillon Reservoir, home to the Dillon Amphitheater and Dillon Marina makes for a scenic outing or you can hit the shops at the Outlets at Silverthorne. A quick day trip to the historic mining town and ski hub of Breckenridge is also less than 30 minutes away and is a must-visit with its historic Main Street full of charming breweries, galleries, cafes, and shops.

Getting Around:
You are going to love the location of this home! Situated in a beautiful neighborhood you are only a 3-minute drive away from the River Run Gondola giving you quick access to River Run Village and the slopes of Keystone Ski Resort. In the summer hit the hiking trails at Keystone Gulch Trailhead which is less than a 7-minute drive from the home. You are also within a 30-minute drive or less from the slopes at Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Loveland, or Arapahoe Basin. Or get out and explore many of the other charming mountain towns in this area. Dillon is a 12-minute drive away, while Silverthorne is 15 minutes and Frisco is a 20-minute drive. From this townhome, you can be in Breckenridge in under 30 minutes or Vail in 40 minutes. A public transportation stop is located a 15-minute walk from the home making it possible to utilize public transport during your stay. The Summit Stages FREE bus River Run bus stop on the Silverthorne-Keystone-Dillon route is located about a 15-minute walk away from the home, from which you can find yourself connected with the entire Summit Stage Free Bus system, which makes it easy to explore this one-of-a-kind mountain oasis.

Beautiful home and great location.

Our family visited Keystone for thanksgiving week and this home was beautiful. It was spotless and well-equipped, and we had really nice neighbors too. The host was very responsive and accommodating. It’s a 5 minute drive to the River run gondola. Highly recommended.

Ski Trip

Good spot for six guys for a recent ski trip. Property was as described, in a nice neighborhood, and a short bus ride (or a long walk) form the slopes. Excellent house. Very responsive owner.
