Located in an historic local neighborhood in downtown Key West near beaches, parks, and cafés. Enjoy beautiful foliage on your private front porch or spend time in the enclosed back yard with covered seating, dining area, and a grill and a view of beautiful fruit trees.

This is a beautiful, first floor fully-renovated (2022) home with a classy coastal beach house decor with wood floors, lots of windows, and an open floor plan for entertaining indoors or in the large enclosed back yard with both dining and seating areas, a grill and views of the garden and flowering fruit trees.

We offer free, off-street parking that can accommodate up to three vehicles or your vehicle, boat and trailer, however, our central location allows for biking or walking as well.

The living area has high ceilings, a 70" flat screen Smart TV, comfortable pull-out couch and seating and a desk/work area all adjacent to the kitchen which is fully equipped with stainless appliances and an island with seating for four. There is a Keurig coffee maker and a full range of appliances and kitchen tools for your cooking needs.

The beautifully appointed bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, dresser, night stands, chair, and a 65 inch flat-screen Smart TV with a large window and closet space.

There is lots of natural light with beautiful windows with views of our foliage and fruit trees. The completely renovated large bathroom has a tub/shower. The separate laundry room/mud room (we call it a "Sand Room" in Key West!) includes a full-sized washer and dryer and lots of extra storage.

Two split unit ACs, Washer/Dryer, two flat-screen SmartTVs, wireless high-speed internet throughout the property. Fully-appointed kitchen. Linens, bath and beach towels provided. This property has ample off-street parking, a fully fenced in private front and back yard, and will accommodate four guests along with your furry friend.

Keyless door entry system and private off-street parking for three cars or a trailered boat, along with ample street parking are available.
