SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
The first level of the home offers a king bedroom with a double entry shower bathroom. On the second level are two king suites with en suite bathrooms (one with a shower/bath combo and the other with a deep jetted tub and separate walk-in shower). Each suite has its own balcony and walk-in closet. The third level offers a full bath with tub/shower combo shared by a private king bedroom with closet and an open loft with 4 twin beds. All bedrooms offer TVs for your late night entertainment.

OUTDOOR LIVING...
This is a boater's dream home consisting of a private dockage (can fit a boat up to 30 ft long) and deep water access! Luxuriate around your private pool (that is heated during the cooler months) and watch the fishing fleets return with their fresh catch!

PARKING...
There are 2 parking spots in the driveway.
***Boat trailers may NOT be parked on the property. You can make arrangements with nearby marinas for trailer parking. Garrison Bight Marina is right next door, or the City Marina @ Garrison Bight is just 1/2 mile away!

This home allows 1 dog only and a pet fee is required. Please include the size/breed when inquiring.

CANCELLATION...
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
