This welcoming home provides the ultimate privacy and comfort making your time in Paradise hard to leave. Admire rich Dade County Pine walls, Brazilian cherry floors with high ceilings and hand crafted finishings all around. A fully equipped chefâs kitchen provides a desirable space for creating meals together which can be enjoyed in the formal dining room or casually on the bar top seating area. The kitchen includes a desk area and opens up to a large living room with comfortable furnishings for movie nights with mesmerizing views of the outdoor oasis from all around. An additional sunny seating room lies on the 1st level which is a great space to reminisce about all your island adventures together.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTSâŠ
Take advantage of a restful nightâs sleep within one of the 3 large king (one that could be converted to twins if desired) 2nd floor guest rooms all equipped with en suite bathrooms, storage space and TVs. The primary suite includes a clawfoot tub and shower as well as a private balcony overlooking the pool area. The 3rd floor is a private apartment with dramatic dormered ceilings and accessed by an outside stairwell. It includes two twin beds (that can be converted to a king upon request), a bathroom with a shower/tub combination, TV, kitchenette and seating. An additional powder room occupies the 1st level of the home.
OUTDOOR LIVINGâŠ
The epitome of island living is achieved through the incredible indoor/outdoor space this home provides on any of the wrap around balconies and out in the backyard area as you perch the French doors open. A large pool with a dining table allows for endless entertaining. Rinse off in the outdoor shower/foot wash and lounge in the island breeze as you grill up your fresh catch of the day!

A compact parking spot is available although being just a short stroll away from all the downtown fun.

Pets are not considered at this home.
MULTI MONTH RESERVATIONS...
For monthly reservations, the following fees will be added PER MONTH:
Mid-stay clean
Pool/hot tub heating fee (if applicable)

BOOKING DATES...
This home is only available as a monthly rental (28 night minimum). We prefer to book by the calendar month (first day of the month to the last). We may consider alternate dates if the calendar allows or if the owner will make an exception.
CONCIERGE SERVICES...
Enjoy our concierge service to assist you with planning activities for your trip, from bike/scooter/golf cart rentals to any excursion you can think of including snorkeling and sunset cruises, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and much more. They can also have your fridge stocked with all the necessities in advance of your arrival!
CANCELLATION...
Bookings canceled at least 90 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations inside of 90 days may receive a refund if we are able to re-rent any or all of the dates of the stay. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation. For multi-month reservations for January through March, a refund will only be offered in the event we are able to re-rent. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation(s).
