Open-Concept Living & Dining: The expansive living area is filled with natural light and is perfect for both relaxation and entertainment. With ample seating, you and your guests can enjoy the sea breeze while lounging or hosting a gathering. The sliding glass doors can be opened in the winter to let in the refreshing ocean breeze.

Master Suite: The master bedroom is your personal sanctuary, complete with a luxurious en suite bathroom featuring a jetted tub, separate shower, and a walk-in closet for all your belongings. Like the guest rooms, the master bedroom also has its own private entrance to the balcony, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or relax with a good book.

Outdoor Living: The wrap-around balcony is the highlight of the condo, offering breathtaking views of the ocean and providing the perfect setting for outdoor dining or lounging. Important Notice: Some booking platforms may not correctly display our security deposit requirements. This contract is based on a $125 non-refundable damage protection plan in place of a $5000.00 refundable security deposit; if you prefer to pay the $5000.00 deposit instead, please let us know.
