Guest Access:

Enjoy access to all areas of this waterfront condo, including the fully renovated 2-bedroom unit with a private balcony offering direct access to the pool and docks. Guests can utilize the on-site boat slips, heated pool, tiki bar, BBQ grills, and fish cleaning station. A commercial ice machine is also available. The property features a private elevator and secure keyless entry. Guests will also have access to high-speed WiFi. The condo is located near a fantastic waterfront restaurant.

Despite being just 4 miles long, Key West is packed with over 200 restaurants and bars, from toes-in-the-sand beach bars to upscale waterfront dining. The sunsets are a nightly celebration, and the community is known for its warmth, creativity, and come-as-you-are attitude. Getting Around:

Our location is ideal for exploring Key West by foot or bicycle—everything is close by! Many guests also enjoy renting electric carts, which are widely available on the island, and we can accommodate plug-in access if needed. You really won’t need a car unless you're driving down Route 1 from mainland Florida. Lyft and Uber are also readily available throughout the area for added convenience.



Other Things to Note:

🚧 DOCK CONSTRUCTION NOTICE (APRIL–MAY 2026)

Please be advised that the Pelican Landing Condominium Association has scheduled a full dock rebuild beginning April 27, 2026, with an estimated duration of approximately 30 days (weather permitting).



During this time:

‱ The dock, all boat slips, and the fish cleaning station will be completely unavailable

‱ Construction will occur Monday–Saturday during daytime hours

‱ Intermittent construction noise is expected, with the most significant activity during the first two weeks

‱ Construction personnel and equipment will be present in the marina



This project is limited to the condominium dock area only and does not impact the interior of the condo, furnishings, pool, parking, or other on-site amenities.



By booking during this period, guests acknowledge and accept these temporary conditions.





⏰ CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

Check-in is 4PM and check-out is 10AM. The base rate covers up to 6 guests; maximum occupancy is 8. Guests #7 and #8 incur a fee of $100 per person per night and must be included on the reservation prior to arrival.

We welcome one dog up to 25 lbs with a $200 non-refundable pet fee.



🚗 PARKING

Free on-site parking is guaranteed for one vehicle, including a golf cart rental.



đŸš€ DOCKAGE DETAILS (OUTSIDE CONSTRUCTION PERIODS)

Maximum boat length 40 ft, maximum beam 13 ft, with an 18-ft fixed bridge clearance into the marina. Overnight stays on boats are not permitted.



đŸ‘€ AGE REQUIREMENT

All guests must be at least 25 years of age unless accompanied by a parent.



🌮 TROPICAL ENVIRONMENT REMINDER

Our home is treated monthly by professional pest control; however, in Key West’s climate, occasional insect sightings are possible. If needed, we will promptly arrange professional inspection and treatment. Access must be permitted for service.



Interaction with Guests:

I will not be on the premises during your stay. The unit is professionally managed by Keys Time Vacation Rentals.



There is no in-person check-in required. You’ll have digital access to the property via keyless entry codes for the condominium elevator and common areas. Your unique condo unit access code will be provided at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.



Maintenance support is available 24/7, should any issues arise during your stay.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce condo fraichement rénové et trÚs propre. Les lits étaient trÚs confortables, les piÚces spatieuses, avec une vue superbe sur la marina. L'accÚs à un grand balcon était aussi un plus. La localisation est idéale. Nous étions à 10 - 15 minutes de vélo de deux superbes plages et du centre-ville de Key West. Kim est une hÎte hors pair. Nous avons toujours eu des retours trÚs rapides à nos demandes d'informations. Je recommande cet hébergement !

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO in Key West. The hosts were extremely helpful, providing great suggestions on places to visit and things to do around the area. They were also very responsive and answered all of our questions in a very timely manner, which made planning our trip much easier.The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Key West and would gladly stay here again!

House was immaculate! Hosts were communicative and very helpful. We just loved the location of our accommodation! We enjoyed the balcony overlooking docks in the mornings then Enjoyed listening to the entertainment from the adjacent restaurant in the early evenings. We appreciated the amenities offered like the washer/dryer and well stocked kitchen with welcome goodies! We were two couples and had plenty of space and privacy!

The condo is beautiful and the view was awesome. There are 2 things that we have to mention. Low water pressure in master bathroom & other bathroom, sink and shower.End unit would have been better if the road noise, semi's trucks, dump trucks, motorcycles, etc could be heard even with the doors closed. We tried to sit on balcony with a cup of coffee in the morning we had to raise our voices to be heard, so we went inside.

Lovely condo with a great view

We stayed for the weekend at this lovely condo. It is a bit further from Duval than we usually stay, but still walkable to all the fun. The balcony was large and the view of the marina and the bay is great. We saw manatee and a nurse shark hanging out at the docks. The condo is well appointed and comfortable. Management was easy to deal with and responsive.

Spacious, comfortable and great layout. Perfect for 2 couples. Loved the location on the water. Fun sitting on deck watching pelicans and boats and listening to live music from the bar below. Appreciated the 10 pm quiet time. Easy to get to all the sites and attractions. Would highly recommend.

A comfortable secure home away from home

We were very happy to stay at this condo. There were a few minor issues (loose sink, light bulb) which the property manager took care of as soon as possible. The view was lovely. There is a firehouse close by but we did not hear the sirens after 10. One thing I was told after the fact was that the manager and the pest control person came in while we were out for the day. I was surprised by this. So, yes, stay and enjoy Key West.

Loved our stay here. Clean, everything in the kitchen you could want. Only negative was a total lack of recycling facilities for water bottles etc. That seems to be a Key West in general thing which surprised and disappointed us.

The condo was a hub as we went fishing and saw the sites in Key West. It was walking distance to charter boat row which made things easy. The unit was clean and well stocked with cooking utensils. Nice sitting on the balcony in the evening. My daughters were thrilled that a manatee came to the dock. Great experience.

A Great Mother/Daughter Vacation

We wanted a quiet place to stay with our own bedrooms and baths. This place was so sweet, with a great view and close to everything; but away from all of the night time noise. Everything was neat and clean, and we loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the water and watching the sun rise. We even had a TV in each bedroom. We were expecting to walk anywhere we wanted, which would have been very easy. However, right before the trip my daughter broke her foot. Located right next to Truman made It very easy to drive the car anywhere we wanted to go. The owner was a delight to work with and checked in with us via text to make sure all was ok. It was seamless and a wonderful vacation!
