Available on a first-come, first-served basis each day with three tandem parking spots allocated for the four units in the building. You may park only ONE vehicle per unit if you secure a spot.

We do not accommodate bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, student groups or construction workers-NO EXCEPTIONS

The Beds are awful when I go on vacation I want to sleep well! Should have had blackout curtain in bedroom! Furniture was old and not comfortable! Very hot shower that was nice! Close to Duval and that was nice! Place was plenty cool!

Pros: we loved the location!!! It was a convenient walk to everything!!! The grounds crew were great! Pool was cleaned every day. Blew the leaves etc The pool areas is very nice and we utilized it a lot. Cons: The floors/rugs were disgustingly dirty. The furniture was ripped and stained the towels are grey and dingy. Dishwasher was broke you can hear your neighbors next door and the people below us could hear us walking/talking etc.

The location was great, but the property was in poor condition. The furniture was stained with tears in the fabric...it looked like the chairs were pulled out of the dumpster. The appliances were old and dated...the host wants you out by 10am and has no accommodations or storage to hold your luggage if you have a later flight...I was not impressed

The communication was excellent and the location is perfect to walk to either side of the island on Duval. Close to amenities and nightlife but far enough away for some quiet time.

The condo was in a great location and was clean, but it lacked amenities. No dish cloths, no stopper for kitchen sink,very dingy and old bath towels, only 3 drinking glasses, only 5 coffee mugs, no mixing bowls, no baking sheets or pizza pan, no dresser in second bedroom, no light switch in master bedroom, no waste basket in master bedroom and chairs in living room are in terrible shape- broken down and dirty.

We had a nice stay overall and the property has a lot of potential. The home was comfortable and the location worked well for our trip. That said, the layout felt a bit quirky and wasn’t quite what we expected from the listing photos.A bigger concern was the condition of some of the furnishings. The home felt a bit worn, and several rugs and pieces of furniture were noticeably dirty and could really use a deep cleaning or replacement.We were also surprised by the security deposit policy. At booking, we were given two options: either pay a 1,500 deposit that is held and can remain tied up for up to 30 days after checkout, or pay a 40 non-refundable fee instead. As vacation rental owners ourselves, this felt a bit extreme compared to what we typically see.Lastly, the check-in/check-out instructions came across as a bit rigid and overly stern in tone. Clear directions are appreciated, but a slightly more welcoming approach would go a long way.Overall, the place was nice, but these items impacted our experience.

The contract with the rental people outside of VRBO was a little clunky as I did not realize they would apply additional charges outside of the VRBO agreement. They sent the contract with the additional charges for travel insurance and damage fee applied. I had to request that they remove the charges as I was not agreeing to them, instead they applied a 1,000 addition charge to my credit card which will be refunded after my stay. This would be good information to have when booking through VRBO as I had already agreed to rent this property THEN found the additional charges that were being applied outside of the VRBO agreement. The location was really good, everything was very walkable.

Over all a very good stay. The 2 chairs do need updated, one does have a tear on the arm. it is very close to Duval for walking distance to several restaurants and shopping. The grocery store on the corner is a plus.
