This spacious vacation rental consists of five separate homes accommodating up to a total of 22 guests, an original 100-year-old Conch cottage, and four considerable efficiencies, all sharing a large, palm-covered outdoor gathering area, heated swimming pool, and large sundeck. Everyone can enjoy one another's company in this unique deluxe guesthouse property that has been recently remodeled.

Located in a great neighborhood, this big, secluded compound is just a one-block walk to Duval Street, considered the most popular Key West street! Duval is your best bet for fantastic restaurants, fun nightspots, and year-round events, including parades and festivals. This home is only five blocks to the Ernest Hemingway Home and Museum, a must-see for fans of the late, great author, three blocks from the Southern Most Point, and 10 blocks from Higgs Beach. Perfect Place for a Large Group

This property was incredible! Absolutely beautiful, in a great location with a well maintained pool. We had a very large group of people and it accommodated everybody very comfortably. I would gladly stay here again!

Best bachelorette location!

We had a group of 14 for a bachelorette weekend and this property surpassed our expectations! Every single bed was super comfortable, the property was pristine, and the complimentary pastries from the local French bakery were a serious plus and so appreciated. The pool was lovely and heated. Hopefully will have a repeat trip again soon!

Great place for a large family. We had 5 different family groups and it was great. Everyone had their own privacy and all got together in the main house. Close to everything. Would highly recommend this property if you can use all 5 spaces.

Great house

Great house and a lot of room throughout the property. Really appreciated the help from the property mgmt company making the stay easy and fun. Would recommend this to any large party. Only problem is people are constantly walking in out of the property to fix things without any communication

Unprofessional conduct

We booked the property for the soul purpose that it had a pool. We booked our stay over four months in advance. 15 people from all over the country flew and, but one hour before check in I was notified that the pool was under maintenance and would not be ready for our group. I was told on the phone that this was a surprise to the property manager who had hoped the pool would be ready for our stay. When we checked in the pool was an absolute wreck. For them to be surprised that the pool wasn't ready and only give us a one hour heads up on the phone is inexcusable. I feel that they did not want to give us a longer heads up, because then they would lose money if we had a realistic chance at rebooking a different property. Veronica from the property management company was nice over the phone and it did seem like she was genuinely sorry for the inconvenience, but the compensation offered was short of what I believe to be a reasonable. I tried to negotiate a more fair deal but was told that I accept their compensation or we get refunded and find new housing for the weekend. This would be an impossible task for our 15 guest party who had just flown in from all over the country. As if this was not enough the continued pool maintenance while we stayed their. Someone came over at 8am with to Jackhammer the lining of the pool , which we asked him to leave because most of our party was sleeping. Loud work was performed on the pool for several hours during two days of our stay. It appears that had been some other recent innovations because lining the street just outside of our gate was old furniture which was stacked up for the purpose of disposal (im assuming). It remained their throughout our stay and attracted unwanted attention as locals showed up to the property to sort through the couch cushions etc to see what could of been salvaged.

This property was perfect for our group. There were small issues that that manager was responsive to. The only thing that didn’t quite work out was the heat to the pool but they tried.

Generally Very Nice

The property was generally very nice. The location is good and the various units are great. However, apparently the property is used to store vacasa cleaning supplies. Accordingly, people would enter the property unannounced at random times to get supplies for other properties. Renters should be informed about this beforehand. Would definitely rent again.

Family friendly property

We enjoyed this property so much for our family vacation. We lived the entire stay by the poolside, morning, noon and night. It was the perfect common space between the main house and the guesthouse. Perfect location and walk away to the beach, or short bike ride, and all the activities in town and Duval Street. All king beds made sleeping comfortable and plenty of bathrooms. Only disappointment was the kitchen was not well stocked with pots and pans and utensils for cooking dinner at home. Very basic which made it hard for cooking. Luckily we had 2 nights catered and the other two we went out. We made do with what we had for our one dinner at the house all together. Hope the new owners keep this a rental. We would rent it again in a second!

Perfection comes at a price!

AND THIS IS WORTH IT! Flawless location, wonderful pool/courtyard area, and sleeping accommodations couldn't have been better for our 12-person group. The homes were clean and charming. Would absolutely recommend this compound to everyone traveling in a group. Looking forward to going back!

Little piece of paradise

We had a large family vacation. This house was perfect. It gave us our own space while being able to stay together. The pool/common area was a wonderful little piece of paradise secluded from the rest of the world. We were a quick walk to Duvall St. and the Southern most point was around the corner. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantasy family vacation

What a great place to have a family gathering. The compound really serves our purposes well. Having the pool and both building made our whole family comfortable. The owner was very nice and the management company was quick to respond to a minor issue. Couldn’t have asked for a better place for our Key West vacation.
