The entrance to this property takes you through the private pool area, a fully fenced oasis of sunshine you won’t believe is just a stone’s throw from the famous Duval Street. Plenty of lounge furniture and chaise lounges offer a variety of sunbathing options by the pool. The pool can be heated upon request to your desired temperature (additional fees apply.) The BBQ grill is perfect for a poolside cookout, and we include the propane. Climb the stairs to the covered lanai area with a designer lounge swing, an outdoor dining table, and even an outdoor TV for watching the game in the island breezes.

Around a large flat screen TV you'll find comfortable seating for the group. There is a dining set off the living area for a quick bite in. The artistic kitchen sits off the living area with luxury appliances and tools, equipped with everything you'll need to prepare a meal at home in between enjoying the fantastic array of Old Town restaurant options, all just a few blocks walk away. There's also a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room and a private reading nook with a sofa and armchair situated above the living area .

** Last Key Realty vacation homes are rented to family groups and responsible adult groups only. Groups who expect they may cause after hours noise will not be a good fit for this home and should be aware they may incur additional penalties when in residence for violations. There will be a $500 charge for after-hours dispatch of our staff in response to calls resulting from verified noise complaints for violations by our guests in residence.
