Water & Marine System Information
Please remember that Mia is a real operating yacht with onboard freshwater and marine sanitation systems. The yacht is not connected to city water or sewer systems, so guests are asked to be mindful of water usage during showers, sink use, and flushing toilets.
Marine-grade toilet paper is provided, and only toilet paper may be flushed — absolutely no wipes or “flushable” products.
For your convenience, full bathhouses and restroom facilities are available at The Perry Marina and are encouraged for regular daily use to help preserve the yacht’s onboard systems.

House Rules & Policies
✔ Primary renter must be at least 25 years old
✔ Government-issued ID and credit card required at check-in for incidental damages
✔ Only registered guests allowed aboard unless approved in advance
✔ No parties or events permitted at the marina without prior written approval
✔ Quiet hours and marina rules must always be respected
Failure to follow house rules or marina policies may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund.
